This is the worst cvs I've ever been to. Like 80% of the store merchandise is locked up but there's never anyone around to open them. The employees rather talk in the front amongst each other then assist customers and then have the audacity to get mad when people press the bells too much. Consumed by wanderlust like a nomad I seek and find pharmacies either corporate national or local Mom and Pop owned based on marketing segmentation: demographics, psychographics, geographic and behavioral. It is true price varies from location to location and from CVS to CVS as well as inventory stock. Disappointingly the household cleaning product aisle contain near empty shelves as the staff either does not receive a delivery from corporate HQ or the staff does not keep the store's inventory well stocked. I needed basic household cleaning products of toilet bowl cleaner which is still on my shopping list, but to my dismay it was mostly sold out and out of stock possibly due to the effects of COVID-19. The acne treatment inventory contains very limited brand names and low inventory stock. There is only one human cashier and two (2) functioning self-service checkout counters. I opted for the self-service checkout as the sales associate stepped away from the cashier counter. The scanners at the self-service checkout are fully functioning without any technical problems. I had no issues when scanning my CVS store loyalty card. The hidden coupon compartment within the self-service cashier machine was full to the rim which produced a public announcement message "assistance is needed" and the CVS associate opened the hidden coupon compartment only to push all the coupons down allowing additional space to add more. Whoa, when I worked in a retail store we had to empty bins by close of business day and never leave bins or compartments full to the rim the next day. This is a very busy CVS location. They have mostly self serve check out and sometimes when they get really busy they they will open lanes with cashiers. The store is relatively small compared to most CVS stores in the area, but they are on point to having most everything you need. The refrigerated area is small, so it's just the basics here. There is a parking lot, but that can become totally packed as they share the lot with a laundromat and a Boston Market. Red box is outside. During school days at let out time the surrounding street gets jammed with parents doing pickup, so avoid this place at the 2ish hour. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I get online at the pharmacy with about 6 people ahead of me and I'm waiting around 25-30 minutes mind you the pharmacy is fully staffed. Once I step up one of the cashiers told me you guys will be the last two because we go on lunch ( the guy behind me as well) and I'm like ok you have to tell them that ( the 10 people behind me and the other customer) the other lady finished paying I go up to the cashier and she tells me we're closing for lunch and I told her the other cashier said we are the last two I need to get the medication for my son please, and she kept saying we're closed the other cashier told her we still have 2 minutes just take her and she kept fighting against it saying we're closed so I got aggravated and you guys have a minute left I don't understand she ended up doing it with an attitude of corse. She spent 2 minutes arguing with me instead of just getting my sons medicine and made herself late to lunch I understand you need a break nothing wrong with that but it's taking 30 minutes to serve 5 people then your going to kick us all out and have an attitude about it ? The pharmacy in this place is a joke. Every time I do to Pick Up prescription it takes a half hour waiting on line. There is usual two people serving customers They have walk to another terminal every time a customer give the their name to get the bin number that the customers mess are in!!! WTF what ever happened to alphabetical order?? What can't the get the number from their computerized registers??!! TheN if the can't find someone's meds instead of taking care of the 20 people on line and having another employee look for the lost meds, one of the two spends forever to look for the meds. Entering each CVS is a very common and predictable experience and it appears to me as though they are mutating like Starbucks of the late 90's. They are everywhere. Sack of waters, ace and other bandages are popular my purchases as a thirsty and accident prone mammal. Today's affliction was a tiny lump on the inner lid of my lower eyelid. I don't rush to the MD's like in years past. Home remedy's and drugstores are the first line of defence. The pharmacist on duty was amazing! He really took the time to discuss what I was using, its chemical composition and looked at my hitchhiker, read the bottle of a prescription drop I had and gave his professional opinion. This gentleman deserves special mention as a kind and genuine soul. read more

Their Pharmacy department needs a better system when it comes to finding your prescription. I have been waiting as long as 20-23 minutes to pickup a prescription because the customers prescription in front of me cannot be found. I would be more then happy to show them a "system" FOR FREE, to implement immediately. I have very good organizational skills and would be willing to share with them. read more

Had a great Experience. This is one of the more decent CVS stores compared to many that I have been in. Small staff but very hardworking team. I'd like to commend Latasha, she was very patient in helping me with my passport photo even with my many retakes lol and helped and greeted everyone who walked through those CVS doors. The workers are unfriendly and not willing to help you with their one word answers. I ordered Photos online to be picked up by the store followed by an email stating that my order is ready for pick up. When I got there however, a cashier stated that their machine has been broken for a long time even though I received an email that my order is ready for pick up. I wasted my time visiting this CVS even though I should've known that everything is always broken and they take long to fix everything. Also, they really should hire more workers because I always only see 1 or 2 workers in total (this is an inconvenience being that this location is always busy). read more

This CVS Pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. For the sake of your own health, please do not use this pharmacy. During the course of a couple of months of using this pharmacy I had constant problems. Most, though not all, of the staff were rude and either unwilling or incapable of answering questions about medication. On multiple occasions they failed to fill my prescriptions on time and I was forced to go weeks without necessary medications. The final straw was a very important medication I could not afford to miss even a day of. I had 1 refill left on the prescription, just enough to get me to my next doctor's appointment. I called in the refill and was told it would be ready within a few hours. The next day I went to pick it, having given them more time then they requested to fill it, and was told they hadn't filled it because they didn't have the medication in stock. No one had called me or emailed me about the problem even though both a valid phone number and email address were on their records. I argued with the staff for an hour before they finally agreed to give me a partial prescription to get me through the next couple of days and assured me that I could return at the end of the week, after they got their delivery, to retrieve the rest. On the day of their delivery I called the pharmacy to remind them of our deal and request that the prescription be ready for me to pick up. They then went back on the deal and insisted that they could not fill the prescription because I had no remaining refills. I reminded them that I indeed had a refill which they had only partial filled and still owed me 20 or so pills of. They refused to give me the rest of my medication. The partial refill they had given me the previous visit wasn't enough for me to get to my next doctors appointment where I would obtain a new prescription. I continued to insist that they had assured me I'd be able to get the rest of the pills I was owed but the pharmacist eventually hung up on me. I had to go to the pharmacy to straighten this out. There I met the pharmacist who had been rude over the phone and hung up on me. Still rude she continued to argue with me and I was forced to involve the store manager. After an hour of arguing they finally gave me the medication I was owed and proceeded to tell me never to come into the store again. I left and promptly called CVS corporate to report the store. The woman there I spoke to was appalled, insisted that this was outrageous and not at all the way a CVS pharmacy should be acting. She referred me to the regional manager she wanted me to speak to however that gentleman never returned my multiple phone calls. Apparently, rude and ineffective service is exactly what that stores regional manager promotes. Again, for your own health, please stay away from this pharmacy. It will only be a matter of time before they begin to mess with your medications and your well being. read more

OMG I am SO disgusted with the pharmacy tech there. They are all absolute idiots. My father went to fill a prescription for my mother who Just had her Rotator cuff operated on and was in a great deal of pain and Needed the pain killers prescribed by her surgeon. Our regular CVS was out so he went to this location. The worthless excuse for a tech decided she didn't want to work and kept trying to make it Impossible for my father to get the meds my mom needed right away. She REFUSED to do her job , wouldn't call the insurance company or the hospital wouldn't EVEN look in the system to verify ALL the information my father gave her. He produced the insurance card, her ID , the credit card issued by my Mothers employer - insurance which had my mothers name on it and my fathers id to verify hes her husband....(mind you we have all been going to CVS for more then a decade) No the twit decided she didn't care and after a 10 minute argument ( yes the supervisor was conveniently no where to be found SMH) he took the script and got it filled at our local Rite Aid. within 10 minutes of walking in to the Rite Aid as a NEW customer, he walked out with the filled prescription and the co payment was lower then that at CVS.. Those people need to be fired. That incompetent pharmacy tech especially. I am SO disgusted my family who fills hundreds of dollars worth of scripts a month will no longer be going there for anything.... read more
