Many, many of the bearded dragon FB care and support groups that I join list Dubia as one of the approved vendors to get feeders from because they are a known and trusted source of healthy, safe, and nutritious feeders for your dragons. The owners and workers of Dubia are also active in these reptile communities and are HAPPY to answer any questions, comments, and concerns that pet owners may have regarding the feeders or products that they are purchasing. I've seen them go out of their way to refund and replace orders where they may arrive dead and they also warn their customers way in advance if there are any delays that may be due to inclement/severe weather, any crisis occurring nationally, etc. They are constantly having giveaways, sales, discount codes, and I LOVE the free little stickers that come with my orders! The artwork is super cute. Sometimes they throw in extra freebie feeders too. Everything is always packaged super nicely and is shipped very efficiently. Sometimes I get the email that it's shipped and the next day or so it's already at my house and I'm in California! Aside from maybe 2-5 dead bugs for a particularly large order, I am happy with the feeders I get from here. Their feeders are pretty hardy as well. Since I only have 1 beardie, I don't feel the need to subscribe and the feeders I get, I feed so they're gut loaded and they last long enough, but getting a subscription on auto order is an option. Dubia.com until the day I die!! Not only are they high quality but they are the CHEAPEST option that I have come across for feeders of ALL types thus far (dubia roaches, BSFL, meal/super worms, wax worms, and ESPECIALLY HORN WORMS). I am an exotic pet owner (bearded dragon) who would be lost without Dubiaroaches.com. The most knowledgeable representatives are available to help with any issue I have had. I thought I received a bad bug order but my representative TOLD me to calm down and wait until my bugs calmed down a bit and they would become active _ i did and they did. the quality of everything is astounding. Dubiaroaches.com is the GOAT when it comes to exotics. They go the extra that customers hope for but seldom receive. Lets talk Dubia dollars. This is an incentive/reward, but for what? Received my order from Dubia for Isopods and Springtails. I paid extra for 2 day shipping, it arrived in 3 In fairness, the Isopods came just fine; however, the Springtails were nowhere to be seen on top of the clay goo they were supposedly shipped in (with no instructions on what to do when received, so I simply scooped them out into my terrarium). I emailed to ask if this was how they were supposed to come, and - 20 emails later - I was accused of improperly handling them, so only store credit, no refund. Dubia asked me to send pics of the goo, and even a video of it, all of which I did. I cannot believe ANY company would go to such great lengths to keep that $33.00. I have been purchasing live feeders and supplies from Dubia for a while, off/on, but will stop as of today. I purchased some roaches this morning about 9 AM Pacific time, (well actually I've been told my order was accepted at 11:05 AM central time). I paid $17.95 for a Federal Express overnight shipping. I was told after inquiring shortly after I placed my order, even giving them my order number, only to find out I get an EMAIL RESPONSE, not a live chat response, that my order would not be going out today, that FedEx needed a full business day to process but also that Dubia.com cuts off all orders of this type at 11 AM CT. A WHOLE 5 MINUTES, And no one at that company can throw some roaches in a box and slap a sticker on it for shipping to make sure it goes in to the FedEx pile for Pickup. I have a family member who worked at FedEx for years and I know, in fact that there is more than enough time for someone at the company to throw some roaches in a box. I am not going to shop with this company anymore. They don't even have a phone number. You can call you have to chat with them online or you have to send an email, that's it. but yeah, a whole five minutes, but they were ready to accept my money for overnight shipping! Pretty shady if you ask me considering a whole weekend is ahead. That way they were guaranteed the wholesale price for overnight shipping without sending it out today. They get to keep the product there knowing that they could've sent it out today. So really there is no overnight shipping it's called: "Let's charge the customer for premium shipping, and bank the money, and we will send it out the next day just because we can knowing that there's two weekend days ahead and they won't get it until Monday!" read more

Placed my order on 8-12-20 and received today the 18th of August. The prices are good and the website is easy to navigate. I spent way to much buying local so it was time to go back to buying bulk. We decided to get some breeding pairs and start hopefully starting our own colony. We got lucky, inside with our breeding pairs were some little babies. Lucy our Bearded Dragon is about 6 years old and can eat about 10-15 Dubia Roaches at one time. This order we bought 100 large ones for $28. They also have the food, supplies and many worms to choose from. Very happy with my order and will continue to purchase supplies. ** I know a lot of people that don't have reptiles gross out at these roaches. My daughter made the mistake of ordering roaches through this company. One year after she gave away her lizards, she still gets charged for roaches and we get a useless order every other day. She has tried contacting this company multiple ways and they simply will not respond. She's even resorted to trying to block them through her bank and they still manage to charge her for a product she doesn't want. Don't bother using these guys unless you want to be stuck in a life-long contract with a company with the absolute worst, most non-existent customer service I've ever seen. read more

Ordered on Thursday October 7th and was supposed to receive items in 2-3 business days however it's October 12th and I still have yet to receive my items. Received notifications that my order wouldn't be here until Friday a week after I ordered said items. I choose to use this company because it was a better choice at the time.
