Many, many of the bearded dragon FB care and support groups that I join list Dubia as one of the approved vendors to get feeders from because they are a known and trusted source of healthy, safe, and nutritious feeders for your dragons. The owners and workers of Dubia are also active in these reptile communities and are HAPPY to answer any questions, comments, and concerns that pet owners may have regarding the feeders or products that they are purchasing. I've seen them go out of their way to refund and replace orders where they may arrive dead and they also warn their customers way in advance if there are any delays that may be due to inclement/severe weather, any crisis occurring nationally, etc. They are constantly having giveaways, sales, discount codes, and I LOVE the free little stickers that come with my orders! The artwork is super cute. Sometimes they throw in extra freebie feeders too. Everything is always packaged super nicely and is shipped very efficiently. Sometimes I get the email that it's shipped and the next day or so it's already at my house and I'm in California! Aside from maybe 2-5 dead bugs for a particularly large order, I am happy with the feeders I get from here. Their feeders are pretty hardy as well. Since I only have 1 beardie, I don't feel the need to subscribe and the feeders I get, I feed so they're gut loaded and they last long enough, but getting a subscription on auto order is an option. Dubia.com until the day I die!! Not only are they high quality but they are the CHEAPEST option that I have come across for feeders of ALL types thus far (dubia roaches, BSFL, meal/super worms, wax worms, and ESPECIALLY HORN WORMS). The store keeps guinea pigs in filthy, overcrowded cages that are far too small. The conditions are unacceptable and inhumane. Petco needs to take responsibility for where their animals come from and how they're treated. I would never purchase an animal from here again.

Customers came in and no one would help them until a girl came from the back and checked a lady out but LITERALLY ran back to the back instead of talking to us. We waited for 20 minutes without anyone saying a word. Once the girl finally came out of the wash room, she didn't make eye contact or say anything to us. My husband finally went back and asked what was taking so long and she said that it wasn't her fault. She then went back to the room without helping us. We get to the shop, chat with Mark, who was very helpful and kind, and picked out a few things for the trade. As we were about to check out with fish bagged and eel already moved into a tank, Mark tells us that Vince says he will only do $100 for the eel. Considering we spent a good deal of time getting the eel out of the tank, driving over half an hour to the store, and putting him into another tank, therefore stressing out the poor creature, I would've rather taken him back home for that insult of an offer. Vince is not reliable on his word and in fact very sketchy in the way he deals business with customers who bring trades. I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else for fish, considering his selection was already very limited and overpriced. Do not buy fish or corals here.
