The view was so charming and even though we were there during a heatwave, the unit was temperate. Will ABSOLUTELY be staying again when we come back.

The hot water stopped after the first night and the ventilation fan is not the best, probably dirty. Tried to ask for garbage removal twice but eventually had to drop it in the hallway until they could see it. Not really a big bowl in the house for making food in. Mostly set up for a 1-2 person cook. Good location is about all it has and you'll pay a hefty price to put up with the other things so I hate to say it but it's a no for me... I don't rate low very often but this is a tough one...

I get the feeling these people prefer Macs to PCs. The cottage, a small 100 year old building to the north of the city centre, has two bedrooms -- a double and a single -- and a fully-fitted kitchen and living room. The owners live down the street and are extremely helpful and friendly, happy to talk to you about anything: where to eat, where to shop, why you never have any luck with men... They also welcome pets, so feel free to bring your goldfish.
