We went to the location in…read moreReynoldsburg, Ohio yesterday, the appointment was for 30 minutes, there were two employees doing taxes, they were serving customers and there was one couple and one walk-in when we got there, we were there for over three hours before we got seen, one employee was still doing the taxes for her one client - apparently she didn't know how to do taxes because she kept calling people on a Sunday evening for help, we finished all of our taxes at 8:16pm (even though we said repeatedly and booked our appointment to have them done and we return to sign paperwork), but they obviously don't listen or follow instructions, and the other employee was still serving the same customer when we left. Last, it cost us $530 plus for our taxes and horrible servic. I will NEVER return and will let everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague!

I have sent email after email inquiring about a paycheck that I should have gotten on 2/4. They did not inform me that the check would be mailed out. When I finally got the check they changed my rate of pay to $11.00!! It is against the law in Ohio to change wages for work already completed and they are fully aware of this, but they don't care. They refuse to answer emails because they don't want a paper trail.

If I knew that taking my taxes to "professionals" was going to cause this much stress, I would have taken the time to do it myself. Never again.

He was able to pack an amazing amount of productive, actionable information into our appointment slot and did not waste any of our time together. The team was great, with planning and reminders, easy to contact and punctual. We were able to meet virtually which was really convenient, and it's a comfort to know he's local to our area in case we want to meet in person. Katrina was also great, and in fact it's awesome to find a fiduciary office with any female employees at all. On that note: I have personally (really) often had the experience with CPAs, finance folks, bankers, etc, that men sometimes really dismiss women, even if we are the customer paying for the services and knowledgeable about the needs. I typically only work with men who have been recommended by other women anymore for this reason and I was a little hesitant as I cold called fiduciary offices. Well, let me be the woman recommending William to you! He seems like a great dude, he was thoughtful, listened, was attentive, and understood what we were talking about.
