Easy to Book Easy to Find Friendly Staff Bar Onboard Very Reliable Second time hopping aboard a Dublin Bay Cruise... Always enjoyable! They have a few routes around Dublin Bay, latest trip I joined them for was the Dun Laoghaire - Killiney Bay - Dun Laoghaire! Of course, made all the better was the absolute cracker of a day on time we departed from Dun Laoghaire, they had some light entertainment on board with a really good singer/guitar and then also, they have a basic bar service onboard too which ain't too shabby however don't expect frills, it's wine in a plastic glass and cans of beer but suitably perfect for the short trip. Along the route they have some recorded information announcements which offer everyone a little bit of history so although I'd lived in the Dalkey around for quite a while, I was excited to learn more about the Martello Towers and Forty foot!

The cliffs were very very busy so not enough time to do it all and eat and go to the toilet. We walked half and opted to eat. The bathroom lines are very long, no fault of the tour. Our guide and driver were professional and mostly kind. We learned a lot about Irish history from Aaron and felt safe being driven by Stipe. I would have liked to know more about some of the specific things/places we saw as we saw them while driving in the country (I.e. ruins, stone walls, interesting mountains, the beaches, or the little walls) but in return learned so much about Ireland and its rich history. Aron and Stipe were a very well rounded pair. Thank you!

We had Michael driving and Aaron as our guide, and that combo absolutely made the day. Michael somehow got us everywhere in record time without it ever feeling rushed, which meant we had more time at each stop. On a 12-hour day, that matters. Huge credit to him for making the logistics feel effortless. Aaron was the real glue of the experience. He actually knew what he was talking about and didn't just recite facts -- he added personality, humor, and context that made everything stick. When you're spending that long together on a bus, the vibe is everything, and he nailed it. We lucked out with amazing weather at the Cliffs -- cold, but crystal clear visibility. We hit both viewing areas (even with restoration work going on), and it still felt expansive and worth every second. Pictures don't do it justice. Galway was a blast. We had about two hours in the city center, which was enough to explore, grab food, and soak up the energy -- though honestly, I could've stayed all day. The recommendations we got were spot on. The pacing was great, the bus was as comfortable as it realistically can be for a full-day tour, and it never felt chaotic or disorganized. I would 100% recommend this to first-time visitors to Ireland and honestly even to people coming back who want a seamless, well-run way to see the west coast without thinking about logistics. Michael and Aaron -- absolute pros.

He sang a song or 2 along the way but he couldn't answer any of the questions asked and barely spoke. He dropped us at stops going in blindly. He was an older gentleman, so I understand the low energy but perhaps time to hang up his hat. As first timers to Ireland, I chose the Dark Hedges/Giants Causeway/Belfast tour because I was infatuated by photos of the Dark Hedges I saw online. I had no idea it looked NOTHING like it. It was really a waste of a stop. Giants Causeway was nice.. great photo op. It's a long walk downhill, then back up. Luckily, there was a bus that operates both ways for £1 (tap cards accepted ). We heard there was opihi in Belfast and found some along the way (we're from Hawaii). Super windy that day so we were getting flown all over the rocks. Only stop on the tour that was worth it. Next stop, Belfast City Centre. The tour guy dropped us off near City Hall with absolutely no direction. He told us about a mall nearby, but that's it. Anything worth seeing was already closed. I really wished he would've gave us more recommendations about what to do, where to eat, or anything worth seeing in the short amount of time we had there. After walking around City Hall, we walked to the mall to use the bathroom, stopped at a souvenir shop, then headed back. Total waste of time, again. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! Sadiy, I purchased the tickets for this tour after the price had gone up about €10 from their 2025 prices. Tour was also supposed to end at 8pm but we got back by 7pm because he kept rushing us. Leaving early from stops. Felt rushed the whole time. I feel it was a total waste of money that could've been used elsewhere.

Out of my 5 Irish tours, this was by far my favorite. This is the perfect little trip just outside Dublin. Be prepared to have the group split up between horseback riding, hiking, and another short activity. We participated in horseback through Killigar Stables and had a great time. We made a lunch stop in a little town at Poppy's Country Kitchen.

Horses were perfect. Stable provides helmets and boots. (Those horrible ballistic riding vests are NOT required--thankfully). You are in Ireland so be prepared to ride in an English saddle and direct rein your horse (no western style neck reining). Notify tour if you prefer walk/trot or wish to belong to a canter group. While I'm capable of a gallop, I preferred choosing a leisurely walk/trot. Non riders are taken to other activities while we rode. We joined up again for lunch, which we chose to eat at Poppy's cafe and sit outside in the beautiful courtyard. Bring cash (Euros) if possible for these small businesses although they happily accept cards as well. Then the tour resumed through the Wicklow hills/mountains, stopping several times including a stop at Guiness Lake. Driver/guide was excellent!! (Tip: make sure to get all restrooming done before the drive begins as I don't recall places to stop en route) Lovely van tour ending at Glendalough where there is a place for refreshments, toilets, a bit of shopping. Also there's time to walk through the monastery ruins and walk to the lake, which is stunning. Price is reasonable for all that is included. We were returned to Dublin timely. Overall, a great experience, especially for horseback riders as these horses are not the "nose to tail" lethargic horses so often found in the US. very enjoyable day!

He was more than we ever could have expected! His love for Ireland and his thirst for his country's history gave us an experience above and beyond all others! He shared the history and culture of Ireland and even got us on a ballfield to learn a wee bit about hurling! We will always remember Dermot for his genuine kindness and love. Our trip to Ireland would not have had the depth of experience nor the fun and magic if we had opted for a larger tour, or driven ourselves. There is just no way that we could have packed our time with all the sites and places we went to, and enjoyed so much in a relaxed tour with a gifted tour guide and driver. Email Dermot and book your trip - you will be happy you did! We sure are!!
