I told them I would like to get the $40 one and they told me that it would be $7.95 for delivery. As I was hanging up she says the total was $62. I was going to call back and ask about the price but I had called just before they closed. I called back today and asked them why I was being charged so much for a $40 arrangement.. They told me that the person that took the order wrote down that I wanted the $50 one and she is not sure who I talked to. I told her I asked for the $40 one but all she just said sorry she wrote you down for the $50 one. No offer was made to give a discount because one of THEIR employees wrote the order down wrong. All that was said was "Sorry, I don't know who you talked to." I am very upset that nothing was done to correct THEIR mistake.
