I found an outfit I really loved on sale at this outfit's brand's website but they were sold out in the size I needed. An internet search showed that Marigold carried the outfit for the same sale price as the brand. I called up the store to ask some questions and the associate was super nice. I ordered online and the outfit was shipped right away. Shipping was a bit expensive at $16 but it was worth it to get the last size of this particular outfit. The outfit is super cute and great quality. The store left me a note of thanks which was a nice touch. Can't wait to give this special gift. Would definitely buy from Marigold again. Wish I could visit them in South Carolina. Love supporting small business and this one is very special. Check them out if you are in the area or at their online store.

Wow! I was so disappointed with the service that I did not receive today at Oops! I made a special…read moretrip to find something different, paid for parking, and spent time carefully browsing the store, and even tried on a few items; I invested in this. A man who seemed to be a regular customer was engaging in conversation with the store manager and the other female during his transaction. When I stepped up to the counter I said "Hello," and stated that I was ready to checkout. Both females behind the counter acted as if they did not hear me, and continued the conversation with the long since paid customer, so I walked out. I came back into the store to discover that they were still engaged in the same conversation. I told the cashier, who happened to be the manager that I did not appreciate the way I was ignored. The other female got an attitude. I told them that I made a special trip to the store to shop and I didn't appreciate being ignored. She snatched to top off the counter and I asked for the corporate office contact information. I asked the clerk for her name and she scribbled something on the back. A customer did apologize for the situation. I was there to have the same experience as the person who they were ignoring me for!!!

Parking is a challenge - there's a double row of metered spots splitting the U-shaped strip mall but every spot was taken (we had walked from our conference/hotel). One of the pashmina's in the window caught my friends eye so we started looking at those. The staff was super helpful and pulled the one out of the window for her. They were running a deal so she ended up finding a second. Then she found a dress and ended up in the dressing room a couple times. The staff was so nice and helpful. We ended up leaving with a dress and a couple pashminas. Plus the prices were very reasonable... great store with a great staff.

There were 4-5 employees in the store, and I don't believe that I was ever acknowledged or asked if I needed help. I loved looking at the merchandise, to include the Eno hammocks, Half-Moon frisbees, sleeping bags, paddle boards, etc. I just wish the employees had been a little more welcoming, especially considering the fact that the store wasn't particularly busy at the time I visited.
