Customer service sucks for Black and Brown people here. Manager looked me dead in the eye as I walked thru the door, at the same time with another woman of color behind me. Manager didn't say a word, but continued to stock her shelf and then walked away 5 minutes later. Finally came back out 10 minutes and went back to stocking her shelf, 5 feet from where I'm standing, blatantly ignoring me! Meanwhile the other two workers were with other customers. After a couple of minutes, she looks at me and say "What can I do for you? DONT lean on that!" WAIT! WHAT? She ignores me for 15 minutes, then comes over and chastises me like I'm a child? So as I continued to lean on the clothes rack I began to ask for what I need and she rudely cut right into the middle of my sentence and said "I said DON'T lean on that" to which I replied in the same manner she's speaking to me "I heard you the first time." She got even more snippy and said "What did you just say?" I said "I said I heard you the first time!" She said she wasn't about to get me anything talking to her that way and she was the manager and I should leave the store, before she called the cops to remove me. I'm a huge threat, I'm a 61 year old female disabled vet! smh The bottom line is they are NOT the only Vape store in the area anymore!!! They should treat customers better. For two years, I tried to shop locally and give a small shop my business, knowing that I'm being charge $21 for something I can get online for $11, in spite of the fact they don't honor military and veterans in a military town and I liked chatting with the owners wife (who wasn't there that day) So, I went down the block to the next Vape store, bought a bottle to hold me until my online shipment came in which cost me $68 including shipping. It would've cost me $105 if I bought it from this shop. I wouldn't give them another dime of my hard hard earned money. read more
