I happened to be standing behind a local with whom she was having a nice conversation, I waited patiently for them to finish, they were having a discussion on facial care products. It was sweet and the cashier was very responsive and friendly. After a fairly long wait, I greeted the cashier. The reception was cold, unwelcome, almost to the point that I wanted to put the items back, but had expectant grandchildren behind me. I really like the contents of the shop and it's displayed very nicely. Some time spent on customer friendly service will make a tremendous difference.

I was looking for something to wear for a photo shoot we were having done and picked out a few…read moredresses. The woman was nice and prices were decent. I decided not to take the photos and wanted to return a couple things I had bought. She said it had to be store credit and I let her know I wasn't made aware of that policy. She pointed to a sign and didn't say anything. The return policy said it had to be within 14 days and tags still attached and that it was store credit only. Not only that, but the credit is good for 1 year. That's absurd. We are from out of town and come every summer. Store credit shouldn't have an expiration date. If you want to make a return policy THAT extreme, that's your prerogative. But at least have the decency to make sure your customers are aware before making a purchase. Clothes are nice but I wouldn't recommend simply because of this. I wish someone had warned me.

I replied that we were just looking, I was with my younger brother and my boyfriend while my parents were not in town. She asks us (again with a tone) "I think you should get your parents if you are in here", I told her that they weren't in town and she asked how old I was... I was taken back with the question because we just walked into the store and quietly were looking around. I answered and said I was 18 and she commented that "you don't look like it" after that I felt discouraged and left. I didn't even have time to look around. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed.
