I used the 1 time on 2016 and they were just okay, blindly substituted the arrangement charged me a…read morefew extra bucks but flowers were delivered and my suit liked them. A few weeks ago, I placed an order at night via their internet site, everything went through okay. Flower/plant arrangement to be delivered next day. I waited, no thank you call from aunt, called her next day, no flowers delivered and no answer on work number for florist. Finally was able to speak to someone and they looked it up and said "there it is", I asked why it wasn't seen before this and why not delivered, heard her asking someone else in back with "oops I guess we missed it, we can get it delivered today" I informed her it was suppose to be delivered before Thanksgiving, still no apology or anything else. They could have cared less. Told her to just make sure my credit card is not charged and highly suggested they check their internet site, there could have been others. Needless to say, I'd never use them again. My aunt said they used to be good but some new owner, never in florist business is running it now. I suggest she sell it and go back to doing something else, no concept of business mgmt or customer service.
