The normal size washers are $3.00 on normal wash with cold water (30 min cycle). The medium dryers are $1.50 to start for 30 mins. The large washers at the back are $7.00. The location is clean, it smells nice in here. There are the wheelie carts to move laundry, which I appreciate. The change machine seems to be in working order, though I didn't need to use it, there were plenty of people who were changing for quarters. There is also a Coke machine ($1.00), and a snack machine (various prices). We were here at 10:30am and most machines were in use. Everyone inside was nice and held doors for each other. There are 4 folding tables available. I put in two loads of the regular sized washers into one regular sized dryer. I put in the 6 quarters to start a 30 Minute cycle. At the end of 25 minutes, everything (including towels) was pretty much dry! I had set it on high heat, which is a normal temp setting on my home dryer, so it didn't shrink anything. I've never been to a laundromat where one 30 minute cycle was enough to dry it all! (Each quarter after that adds 5 minutes....just add them before it shuts off!)

Same was true this week when we dropped off some items. Same 5-stars for congenial, friendly, polite attendant, Maria who served us. By the end of the day I received a text indicating that our items were ready. We picked them up clean, fresh, folded, wrapped in protective plastic....and at a very reasonable price. 5 again...for sure.

Not to mention the soap and disinfectant aren't in washer she's just washing with water. Seems as these break down quite often while no one is rushing to make a call for repairs. I wouldn't put my clothes in these gross machines, and aren't cleaned properly or at all, I'm washing cleaning rags and mop towels. Never ever returning to this place. It's GROSS

Decent pricing and easy adjustments available for preferences in fabric softener and detergent. Got a little more time on your hands and can handle the work yourself? They are still as helpful as ever with making sure you understand the facility and machines. Very clean establishment and not in a SUPER busy area of town. The only downside is the entry/exit is steep for the curb, so pay mind if you drive a lower vehicle/car. 10/10 will continue to give them my business.

Which doesn't help me today because I believe I clearly said I was going to the store after washing. Now my life is on hold because these people do not know how to transact and have no concept of resolving pre authorization errors. To them, "it should resolve tomorrow" is sufficient. They do not care about your money only that they already got it. Be warned.
