pretty disappointed! I usually go to the one on 6th street but it was a beautiful day and everyone had the same idea! I decided to go try duckys on hart st. I swiped my card and it gave me two minutes so I swiped again and it gave me another two minutes but yet charged my card $10 and there is absolutely no way that is accurate! I should be able to wash my entire car for 10$ and no be charged that amount for 4min! what a joke! read more

Went there yesterday for a $4.00 drive through wash. My debit card was charged $10.00. Not sure what happened. Message at point of sale said to swipe again, and that my card hadn't processed the first swipe of $4.00. Have tried calling the local number, but am getting a busy signal. Will keep trying to reach them, and I do feel they owe me $6.00. read more

this the worst damn car wash i have ever used!!! first time i was here a couple of months ago i used the automatic wash and after i drove home i noticed that my car looked exactly the same as it did before i washed it!!! all the dirt and grime was still there all over the car so that was a complete waste of about $10.00!!! today i decided to use the manual wash and... o1) i put a $5.00 bill in the wash machine and it took my money but gave me no credit for it! then i tried two $1.00 bills thinking maybe it would read the $1.00 bill even though it clearly says on there that it takes ones and fives but the machine ate those bills too!!! then i figured that if i put quarters in it that it would work and give me credit for the $7.00 in bills that it had already taken from me but no, it did not give me credit!!! 02) then it would take some quarters and then just spit other quarters onto the ground that i had to keep chasing around and that was just costing me presious washing time!!! 03) i start using the wash and then the foam brush has no foam coming out if it.....it is a supposed to be a "foam" brush!!! hello!!! 04) after the lousy car wash experience i try to find a phone number that every other car wash in the world has so you can call them if you have problems using their car wash....the is no number anywhere on the premises!!! 05) so i go to the web and look them up...i find them and i call the number they have posted on their dinky web page and that number is no longer in service and i called it 3 times just to make sure i was not doing something wrong!!! 06) so the only way to contact this company is to leave a review on this crappy business but i am very sure that they will never see this review and if they do i still will never hear back from them!!!! don't use duckys express wash on hart street in vincennes, indiana!!! read more
