I haven't been to a laundry mat in 40 years so I'm not a good judge albeit we're on vacation and our hotel doesn't have laundry service. Although, there was a gal here who brings orders from hotels for service. Nice music playing on the tv. Clean. Has clean men and women's bathrooms. I brought my own detergent.. they do have a dry cleaning adjacent where you can purchase fabric softener and detergent if need be. The machines didn't smell and that's a big deal for me. Good parking. It's a Monday morning and wasn't busy.

A few days later I get a phone call from them asking me what are they supposed to do with the dress??? Even though they had a note pinned to the dress with that information, along with my phone number. I told them once again. When I went to pick up the dress, it was finally done right but I think they charged way too much just for a simple alteration. I will NOT be going back to them for these 2 reasons.
