He said he would come tomorrow and then next week and yet no sign of him. Once I requested my money back and told him I had had enough of his excuses, he finally showed up in December (two months after he had cashed my check) and set the posts. We were told he would be back two days later once the concrete dries (more lies) and still have yet to see or hear from DeWayne. I have tried countless attempts to contact Mr. Burberry. He ignores all of my texts and has even hung up on me once he realized who it is on the phone. He sounded good when I initially discussed getting a fence. He sold a good pitch and I even had neighbors recommend him. I still have yet to get a fence nor my money back six months later. Yet he keeps working and posting all of these jobs he is completing. Buyers please beware! I just want my money, but yet he cannot do the right thing and give it back. So until then, I will do my part and continue to give honest reviews all over the internet to warn others of how I was poorly treated as a customer. I hired this company to remodel our bathroom specifically new tile on the floor and walls, put in a new vanity and medicine cabinet also install 2 faucets and install 2 new doors in the home as well as install an exhaust fan light combo in our guest bathroom. They also were putting in a new water line for the toilet and shower. We were quoted 2 weeks to complete the job. And guaranteed satisfaction. What we ended up with is an unusable bathroom shower. The tile is crooked the walls are not strait. The floor is uneven. The vanity and medicine cabinet are not aligned. The faucets are not working properly and are all loose. The grout is cracked and not completely filled in. They broke our shower glass door and failed to replace it. The exhaust fan is collecting insulation from the attic and where vent goes in the attic it was duct taped. One of our doors was installed but it was damaged and the installation was not completed. The other door we never received and obviously it was never installed. The plumbing line for the toilet was installed and it leaked in my basement for 5 days causing mold. He told me he doesn't use shark bites and then they used a shark bite anyway causing the leak. During this process that was quoted 2 weeks which turned into 5 and a half weeks loaded with approximately 50 excused of why it wasn't done, why they were late and why they didn't show up for this project. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he kept assuring me the project would be done and I would be happy with the work. I made my first payment on 12/4/2025 and the job was still not completed on March 26th . At this point we realized that the job was done so poorly we wanted a refund. He agreed to give a refund. He told us he mailed a check and it has not been received. Now he doesn't answer the phone or emails. So at this point we paid him $10,955 plus we have to replace the shower door that was broke, we need our hallway walls repainted and repaired after they damaged them, we have grout spilled in our driveway and they stained our bedroom carpet. This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid all this money and my house is in worse shape than we started the project.

That huge storm came through town and 75mph winds didn't budge our old fence Jim did 3-4 years ago. When we first started looking into privacy fence I called every company in town and Jim was almost a thousand dollars cheaper than two of his competitors. When our 15 year old fence across the back of our property started falling we knew who to call. Jim even cut down a massive tree (30+ ft) that was blocking the place the first section of fence needed to go for us and didn't charge us anything extra. This last time he removed a tree that had fallen on our back fence and even helped me haul the cuttings to the road for the city to pick them up.
