I'm not a big fan of dentists, I rank them (not as individuals mind you, simply in overall image and fear provoking terms) right up there with politicians and spree-killers. However, Dr. Thomas made every single effort imaginable to assure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and experienced as little pain as possible. More importantly, the following day he actually took the time to call me on his way home from the office to check on my comfort and to let me know that I was welcome to call him over the weekend if I had any questions or concerns. That, my friends, is going the extra mile and assuring a high level of client satisfaction that we find so lacking in today's disconnected society. From the minute you arrive until you leave, you are met with kindness, understanding, engagement, and just stellar service overall. You can tell that Dr. Damron was purposeful and thoughtful as to whom he chose to be part of the staff- no matter their role. Every person seems to fit so well with their company culture. Even the front desk personnel are a delight. Take a moment to talk to them, especially Tiffany. Now let's talk about the dental experience. I always have a terrific experience with the hygienist, Michelle. Every time I have an appointment, I feel like I'm catching up with an old friend who happens to clean my teeth. Dr. Damron is a very patient, understanding, reassuring, and a kind dentist. I've had several different services and have never had any issues. He always seems to go out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable and I've never been in any pain. Believe it or not- I've even had a minor filling done with no numbing or anything! Dr. Damron explained how shallow the filling was and reassured me that I'd feel nothing. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I appreciated that he felt like I didn't need an unnecessary shot... so I agreed. And guess what?! I felt nothing! Oh and if you ever find yourself nervous during a procedure- or even a cleaning, ask if you can wear an X-ray apron. It's got some weight to it and someone who worked there suggested it before because it's almost like a weighted calming blanket. When I called to tell him I was experiencing issues with my crowns he would not see me. The next thing I know he is sueing me for the last payment due. We paid the last payment and Dr. Turner refused to see me he said and I quote "that's her problem not mine"! I was charged for work he didn't do partials that were plastic flippers instead of the expensive porcilan I paid for. I went to a reputable Dentist who has been dentist of the year 4 years in a row and he told me in his 35 years he has never seen such poor work. The partials were not even flipper grade. He said this is someone who needs to be reported to the dental board. I have and Dr. A who I saw told me he would back up my claims 100%!

The dentist tells us both we need fillings redone and uses a camera to show us the spots on our teeth as "proof". I don't know know what I'm looking at, so of course I'm going to trust the expert. Well, we decide it's odd that our last routine visit within the same year didn't mention any areas to watch so we get a second opinion. Absolutely nothing wrong with our teeth, no fillings need redone. If we did what the dentist suggested we would be out hundreds of dollars each and for no real reason but money-hungry "medical professionals." I never write bad reviews, but I have to warn others because I picked this place based on the previous high reviews. Scary! Also they billed my insurance for X-rays which I didn't get. Maybe that was an error, but honestly what percentage of people check their claims for accuracy and how many "errors" don't get caught?
