I took them time to carefully fill out the LONG medical form, and listed my issues. When I met the dentist before my cleaning, he asked if I had any concerns. Um, "just the ones I listed on my form." He said "ok" then left. Didn't ask what they were and it was clear he didn't preview my forms. You would think that when accepting a new patient into your practice you should have at least a cordial conversation that includes reviewing your patient's dental history and/or problems with them. Nope. Didn't happen. I don't think he even looked over anything I filled out. I like the feeling that I am being cared for by any medical / dental provider, and that they care about my health. Instead they saw me and sent a bill. When people are in pain take it seriously instead of trying to milk them for money and dental benefits.

At my May 2025 visit, I was told that my insurance would cover the appointment and that I didn't have a balance. Months later, I was unexpectedly informed that I actually owed money--due to a mistake the office manager made. Instead of owning up to the error, she shifted the blame onto me, even though it was her responsibility to verify the information before assuring me I owed nothing. What's most disheartening is that this was handled without the same care and integrity Dr. Darlington himself showed. I now have a balance on my account and a sadness in my heart. Everyone makes mistakes--but it's not okay to gaslight loyal customers or avoid accountability. As someone who values honesty, responsibility, and professionalism in business, I cannot recommend this office. Ms. CARLA took care of me, treated me like the baby I was acting like(I'm a 40 yr old man child when it comes to pain) which I REALLY appreciated. They got the start of the root canal done THAT DAY. THANK GOD. After insurance the bill was around 1k but I'd pay double that in a heartbeat to be rid of that awful pain. The actual procedure they had me on nitrous with a block in my mouth so I could rest my mouth open without even straining, they even stopped halfway through to let me go to the men's room. I'm sure most dentists can do root canals, but dr Clark and his assistant made it much much much less anxious and took care of me. I'm forever grateful. If I wasn't lazy I'd be buying them Christmas presents. Not even a gift card, *actual* presents. This review is my way of saying THANK YOU!!!!!
