I came to Ireland not realizing that coin laundromats had gone the way of the dodo, and I found…read moremyself in Cork with a good amount of clothes that desperately needed to be cleaned. I tried washing them myself at the hotel, but failing miserably I bagged my wet heavy clothes and made my way to Duds and Suds. Since I had already gotten them wet, the staff refused to weigh them until they were dried and folded, thereby not overcharging me. The clothes came back beautifully folded and smelling super clean, saving the rest of my vacation and making me incredibly happy. Thank you!!!

Minus one star - they had a little accident (hey, it happens!) and got a few spots on my brand new bedspread. Fortunately, it was easily replaced. They quickly pointed it out when I arrived and immediately offered me reimbursement. Really appreciate their honesty!
