I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area and I sent flowers to someone special in ABQ, for Valentine's Day. Duke City Florist really delivered! I had no problems placing my order and the gorgeous arrangement arrived on time and was very well received!!! The cost of the arrangement was reasonable. A couple of minor things to mention: I included a balloon with the order and never got any confirmation to acknowledge a balloon would be sent. I didn't have a way to select which balloon to include, so I hoped a Valentine's Day balloon would arrive, and one did. The only communication I received was my arrangement was scheduled to be delivered "next". So, I think a little more communication would be good. However, given how beautiful the arrangement was AND the fact it was delivered on time, I'm happy and stand by my 5-star rating. :) read more

We didn't have the suite number, but we did have the office phone. Someone called today to get that suite number. Our niece said she spoke with him, and he was very sweet! She sent a photo of the Peace Lily & it is beautiful! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I've used the same florist for several years, but this time I needed flowers on a Monday and my usual florist was closed. I was nervous. This was important: a friend's child had died, and I wanted the flowers to be just right. I looked at their website, and found some thing I really liked, but it was a very large, very expensive funerary arrangement on a stand. Instead, I wanted a bouquet. I called and spoke with Brian, and asked if he could use the same flowers that were in the large arrangement to create a smaller bouquet for me. He said yes and said he would text me a picture when it was done. About an hour later I got the picture, and it wasn't what I envisioned. The types of flowers were slightly different, and the colors were also slightly different. It wasn't far off, but again: I wanted these to be just right. I called back and explained what I wanted. I am happy and grateful to say that I was treated with respect and courtesy. Brian listened carefully, and said he would make the changes and text me a picture of the revised bouquet. Very shortly, he did just that. This time it was exactly what I wanted, and I loved it. Later that day, I was able to see the bouquet in person after it was delivered. It was even prettier in person, and much bigger than I had expected. It also had a really lovely fragrance. Very calming. At that point I really felt that I had gotten an incredible value for the money. Don't go anywhere else for your flowers, people! This place is the BEST!!! read more

I called them at 10 am with a quick request to make a wedding center piece arrangement and matching bouquet for a friend of mine scrambling to save her wedding day, when original plans were scraped due to COVID . Brian, headed to their distributor to acquire unique white flowers (peonies, hydrangea, roses) with greens. This team finished the unique pieces and had them ready within 2 hours.
