Do not agree to an EKG here because DCPC doesn't have the training and expertise to read an EKG. NP pink told me I had 2 dangerous heart conditions and was essentially having a heart attack. The ER physician said I was fine and that the ER gets 1 to 2 of these a day i.e., patients sent to the ER by NPswho don't know how to read an EKG. Heather Pink also enrolled me in heart monitoring and had a heart monitor sent to me without my consent,a clear violation. DCPC staff also refer to NPs as doctors. They are not MDs. read more

I have been bringing my mother here for a couple of years . This time I went in with her since miss heather is often in a rush and fails to give the paperwork needed to f/u or fails to order the correct test or fails to order the correct test altogether. What a zoo. People barging in from the street walking right in to patient treatment rooms. Miss heather yelling at my mom because she herself has dropped the ball from the beginning. This unfortunate nurse does not know how to do a basic examination. Someone should supervise her and explain that an abdominal exam is done in supine position for obvious reasons. Also, you might want to ask the pt to remove their abdominal brace before you scream at the patient and blame her for a disorder that you misdiagnosed !! She is rude and untrained and a menace . I used miss heather as an example of what not to do in my med school classes. Def don't scream at your pt and tell them they only have five years to live and will never see that son( me) grow up after you misdiagnose them. My brothers and I are going to file a formal complaint against this rather nutty off the wall wanna be nurse lady Everyone seems to be on to her because we were told at the ER to change nurses for these same reasons . No fuss no muss! Moved my Primary Care out to Cedar Crest since I've moved out this way. The staff here are helpful and the appointment process is easy. They even have a walk-in/same-day option which makes me feel good to have that option out here in the East Mountains. like that they hold patients accountable to be on time for their appointments by cancelling after 10 minutes of late arrival and charging a fee. I cannot tell you how many times I have been on time at other doctor offices that do not have this practice and since others were late, the doctor gets behind consequently pushing into my appointment time. read more

Horrible service, apparently I don't have insurance anymore and the lady at the front was not helpful about it at all and told me I'd have to pay 150 dollars to get seen when all I needed was a doctors note for work stating that I was sick. Hello, I am letting you know of ridiculous situation that your clinic put me in today. I was given paperwork indicating that I needed to be at the Los Lunas clinic after 9:00 AM by Wednesday, October 4th. I, like many of you, work for a living, so I chose today to request the time off to give the urine sample. I arrived at 9:00 and was turned away because the person that does this service wasn't in until 11:00 AM. Fair enough, so I went to back to work and returned at 11:00 only to be turned away again because this person called in. The people at the office were of no help, and the person I got ahold of on the phone was rude and also useless. In addition, the email to reach out for this type of complaint doesn't work either. In the future, please consider not offering services you clearly can't provide. also, due to the rudeness I encountered on the phone, I will be leaving appropriate reviews on all platforms so as to let everyone know the quality of your service. I would suggest reaching out to me with a BIG apology and suggestions to make this right. UPDATE: THIS BUSINESS COST ME A JOB!!! After everything mentioned above, they submitted false documentation to indicate I refused to submit a sample resulting in the loss of this opportunity. All because their tech can't read a simple temperature strip. This place is bad folks. I wouldn't recommend trusting my health to place that can mess up a simple urine sample this badly.
