I've gotten an ultrasound and ct scan on different dates. Both times I've come here, everyone was extremely kind & quick (not in a rushed way). From the front desk to the techs, they made me feel cared for and welcomed. My ultrasound tech (who i can't remember the name of unfortunately) was very kind, well spoken, patient, professional and caring. I felt very comfortable as a female patient getting a pretty uncomfortable ultrasound. My CT scan tech named Lisa was phenomenal. A day before the scan, she called me to go over everything about the steps, my history and made me feel so ready for the scan. She took her time with me on the phone and stayed on for what seemed like 30 minutes due to questions and history I had. not once did she make me feel rushed. only cared for and i felt understood. I basically felt like I was talking to a friend. She made me feel so much more at ease. When my appointment came, Lisa made me feel confident I was in great hands. She was also well spoken, smart, professional, compassionate, empathetic, everything you would want and more from someone in the medical field. I'm so grateful for her and will definitely always remember her as one of my favorite techs! (i've had a ton!) This place is lucky to have the employees I've encountered while being here. The front desk staff are friendly, check you in and get you seen quickly. The technicians are all experts at getting your scans done as quickly as possible, are very professional and ask if you're all right throughout the process. While it can be an uncomfortable procedure, their expertise makes the process go smoothly and it's over before you know it. Since Covid, I've appreciated being able to check-in online at home, being able to wait in car until tech is ready and getting into the procedure within minutes.

The lady who works there is friendly and charming. She definitely added to the experience. Only one family is there at a time, so it's private, quiet, and relaxing. We got some printouts there, but they also send them all to you so you can print them as desired. If you or a loved one are expecting you need to do this. 5 stars all day long.

They also work at very reasonable cash prices, an important consideration because your insurance will probably deny the claim. So why only three stars? Well, I made the mistake of opening my mouth. You see, I'm not a novice. I have a medical background and I've also had a lot of vein work done before on my other leg. Having experienced some difficulties I wished to avoid this time, I dared to express my desire for certain treatments (phlebectomy vs sclero) and which veins I wanted prioritized. Oh dear. All of Lindy's bluff friendliness soon fell away and I became, quote, "One of those patients who tells us how to do our job." As if it isn't my leg or my money! Dr. Lindy wouldn't let it go either, bringing it up every visit. It was irritating but I saw it through, too lazy to start with someone else who'd cost more. I would recommend the place - on one condition. Whatever you do keep your mouth shut and play along. Remember, doctor knows best!

Even with active wounds they require you to wait 6 weeks while you do compression therapy. They do an painful ultrasound and discharge you with a piece of paper that looks like a prescription for some type of kooky Velcro leg compression wraps that they don't sell, and no one in the office knows even knows where to get them. When I called the local medical supply places (Family medical and Blue ridge medical) they don't carry them either. When I called back to their office to ask where to obtain the wraps the reply was "I don't know, try googling it?" Wow. Good luck with their primary demographic navigating the internet and being compliant. Thankfully I searched Velcro calf wrap on Amazon and got a pair for $20 vs the crazy $99 PER LEG mess that they were hawking. For $20 she can take them on and off herself, unlike awful compression hose! If she'd known about these years ago we wouldn't have needed to waste our time even going here. Thanks to Amazon and these wraps I doubt we will be back.

Very satisfied with the thoroughness of this office and speed with which they took care of me while also listening to concerns. Could not recommend enough based on this first time patient experience. The office was clean, with free wifi. As I left however, I noticed that the parking lot and waiting room were filling quickly so not sure how the experience would go later on in the day, but they were very willing to accommodate an early appointment due to work conflicts.
