In 2022, I was diagnosed with relapse-remitting multiple sclerosis, and I was struggling with chronic pain, cramping, numbness, brain fog, and fatigue. I also have TMJ. I'd tried everything--medicine, acupuncture--but nothing was truly effective until I started seeing Dr. Kris. Since then, about 95% of my symptoms have been relieved. I'm so incredibly grateful for his care. This is by far the most effective way I've found to manage my MS symptoms. I will be a patient for life! My son has been waiting for 3 months for a significant amount this clinic owes him because all his appointments were fully covered and paid by my son's insurance and they overcharged him by making him pay full fees for his visits as well. I have walked into the office and talked to the billing lady and showed her EOB's that show the appointments were paid in full by my son's insurance. We are still awaiting a refund. Good medical care should be accompanied by ethical and transparent billing practices. Unfortunately, our experience with the financial side of this practice has been very disappointing and frustrating. I would encourage everyone to carefully review their billing statements and insurance explanations of benefits so that this office doesn't over charge you. Getting paid double by patients and insurance is highly unethical.
