STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER CAME BACK!!!! (Heard from several people on yelp, after the fact sadly,…read morethat said the same thing happened to them. Don't walk, RUN!!!) I reached out to Mr. Walters through Yelp, as we needed significant repair to our basement due to a break in the main water line to the house. He started out strong, with doing two very minor repairs, which I thought was indicative of a person who would approach the bigger project with professionalism and skill. That could not have been further from the truth. For a $6135.53 job (insurance plus my $2500 deductible), Mr. Walters asked to break the payments into three, at the start of the job, assuring me that he wouldn't need the second or third payments until the end of the job. Then he slowly asked for the remaining two payments over the course of a week. My husband and I voiced concern about giving him all of the money before the job and he assured me that he was responsible and he would finish the work. As soon as he got that last check, he never showed up again - with excuse after excuse until finally, he just stopped returning our texts. Now my personal account it drained (because I had to pull that $2,500 out of our savings) and I have only a small portion of the work done. I have priced out the cost to finish the job, and it is $3,000, which of course, I don't have. My husband and I hoped maybe his phone was no longer working, and looked him up on casenet (long list of trouble with the law, dating back decades), and thought we would try to meet him at court, to work things out. After telling us that we were the problem (I am assuming because we expected professionalism), he said he would come by the following Monday and return our money). Never happened. Again. I trusted this guy at his word. That was my first and biggest mistake. I highly recommend that anyone who might consider using this guy to reconsider - he defrauded us and I hear he has defrauded others too!

Week before last, one side of our (23+ yrs) auto garage door up & quit. Hubs called, left message…read more& returned call said they could come out next day. Already had work scheduled rest of that week, so Eddie explained how to use door manually. Made appt for Monday 2/23, 9-11. Justin arrived a bit after 10 & got to work. We'd told them what we had & Justin arrived with replacement that fit to existing ceiling tracts. Installed new wall "clicker" & made sure my vehicle "sinked" with new unit. Justin loaded up all old parts & all other trash from new unit installation, we paid with check & Justin left at 11:30. All is working perfectly! Hubs said price was very reasonable and appreciated Justin's work ethic & attitude.

We also needed him the week we called him. He gave us an estimate, came in and got the job done. The new fixtures look and work great! The job went a little longer than estimated but not by much. Mike does great work; he's quick and doesn't leave a big mess. He was also very reasonable price wise. We were pleased to note that Mike is a veteran who served in the U.S. Navy. As a veteran household and business owner, we like to support small businesses run by veterans. He also does side work for Habitat for Humanity.
