He messaged me about 9 minutes after his scheduled arrival time from another job 20 minutes away to tell me he was running late. He arrive almost an hour later than my scheduled appointment time. Then, he added $5 to his quoted price and left grass clippings all over my back porch and in the street in front of my house. Especially when he claimed to be giving me a veteran's discount. This was very unprofessional. I was shocked that a veteran would have such a poor work ethic!! I will never hired this company again!

Months before new…read moreconstruction, he plugged 3 pieces of pond equipment into a 2-plug electrical outlet box after I advised him not to overload, burning it up a few days later. He disposed of the box, never offering to replace it. When the new pond was installed 4 years ago, he again plugged in 3 pieces of equipment that has since been running 24/7 on an extension cord with a 3-outlet adapter, laying on top of a nest of tangled cords on the dirt with dried pine needles. Before leaving on vacation 3 weeks ago I went to unplug the doser for the winter and the entire adaptor, plugs and cords were burning hot, blackened and melted! He is NOT a licensed electrician and twice now has put me in danger and my property at risk of burning!

They then refused to take any accountability for these actions, despite the lead on site saying to submit the repairs directly to the company for damages.
