Eva is a very superficial listener with poor understanding and communicating skills (due to the insufficient English language knowledge or lack of listening ability). I had to repeat the facts constantly (even dates and numbers, let alone feelings) and she would still repeat them incorrectly but kept taking notes during each sessions. Couple of times gave me assignments to write my thoughts and feelings which we never went over after I handed them to her ... This gave me impression of her not being interested in our work. During sessions, she was advising and giving suggestions instead of asking and guiding me to connect to my own feelings as therapist should do. Getting visibly displeased and impatient with my feelings and thoughts if they didn't align with what she had in her mind as correct?! Often triggered by my personal emotional experiences, getting even aggressive and interrupting, mentioning time multiple times during session... Poor ability to structure and lead session and guide client to their own conclusion. Poor knowledge of parenting and relationship issues. Constantly providing articles and suggestions related to age 8 - 12 where I needed support for 16 year old and getting very frustrated when they wouldn't work - as expected. Finally, I had to sign the contract that I need to announce 2 sessions in advance if I plan to stop therapy with her but cancelling our session without announcement via email. Very disappointed in service provided and how she could impact vulnerable clients negatively!
