I cannot say enough good things about this company! I am extremely happy with the final results. The owner (Wallace Duncan) personally came out to give the estimate. He matched the color of the gutters to be installed to what would best match our trim and gave an extremely reasonable estimate. He and his team were out in a matter of a week or so to get them installed. They were efficient and had them up in no time. There were downspouts placed on all four corners of the house. Unfortunately one of them was along our bedroom wall and it seemed quite noisy whenever it rained. We called Wallace and he gave a couple options and came back and moved it to a better location. It is raining for the first time tonight since having the downspout moved and we could not be more pleased. There is no leaking where it used to be and the new location is perfect. We called Duncan Custom Gutter for a quote on having a set of gutters added to our house, and we're so glad that we did. First of all on price - they were by far the best in town. I checked with two other companies that were much higher. Second - the owner of the company (Wallace Duncan) actually comes out to your house to handle the installation of the gutters personally. I prefer knowing that I'm getting the real expert when I hire a team to work on my house, and not have to worry about workers cutting corners. I contacted this company after seeing the Yelp reviews and was given a quote shortly. I didn't bother getting any other quotes from any other company. He answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to hurricane strength, water flow direction, and destructive dog issues. My 1200 sq ft house is 75 years old and rather crooked. The crew was professional and dealt with my pesky questions with ease. With that, I can report that I was completely satisfied with this company and do recommend them as well. read more

We called around three places, and decided to go with Duncan Custom Gutters, and we were very glad we did. The Owner came out in person, did a quote, right there on the spot, told us we could not only pick from a range of colors to suit our house, we could also go with the option of two different colors, 1 to match the trimming along the bottom of the roof and the 2nd to go down the side of the house to blend in with the brickwork. This worked out so well, our neighbors didn't notice that we'd even had them put in to start off with - but were so impressed with the work that 3 neighbors had their houses done 3 weeks later, with possibly more going to use Duncan Custom Gutters in the future. I called Duncan out via Angie's list. I requested 3 different companies for quotes and after review I went with Duncan. They were on time at every turn. I even called them out after to change the layout of a drain. Everything was professional fro start to finish. I told my sister about them. She was so pleasantly surprised she texted to tell me. This is huge because she trusts no one. She told me they came out for the estimate as they said and provided the quote in the time they said. Then actually was under budget. I did not get gutters with him because he was backed up for months, but he took the time to call me and let me know he wouldn't be able to do it. I thought it was very courteous. Much better than other gutter companies that still havent called me back a week later. read more
