In the 5 years I have been using this location, I have only had issues with the machines once. They gave me another wash when one of the machines was going through the cycles too quickly. I second all the 1 star reviews. In addition to it, I have to say the following. I needed some quick laundry to be done on this day. On 10/08/2023 around 6:15 pm I went to this laundromat and inserted a new $20 bill that I got from the nearby ATM in to the change machine. (I withdrew $100 and got 5 of the $20 bills). The change machine gave out some quarters and then stopped. The orange 'Out of Service' light came up. The amount of quarters was way too low. So I counted it out and found that it came up to only $10.50. I addressed this issue with the attendant at the counter. He refused to acknowledge and said that I inserted a $10 bill and got more than what I had wanted! I did my laundry for one last time. I am never going back.

You have to purchase and use their laundry card. The day I went they offered one free wash cycle and one free drying cycle. The washing machines appear to weigh the amount of clothes in the machine as there are no set prices. This isn't one of the least expensive facilities I've been to but the clothes were clean and the machines dried well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
