I've also been the PT for tendonitis, IT band syndrome and my back problems. Jenna does an excellent job knowing where to focus and releasing tight muscles. Working with her has helped me get back to running and other activities. She's one of the few massage therapists I would recommend for anyone with injuries and limitations, since she does a good job working with you based on how you can sit/lie down and adapting her technique. She has a prenatal table with a cutout/basket to support the belly, so I was able to lay on my stomach for the first portion (at 38 weeks pregnant this is the best thing ever!) I went in with a lot of tension, soreness, and stiffness in my hips and low back (pretty typical pregnancy aches and pains) and left feeling very close to normal and tension-free. I've also had more energy all day since receiving the massage. The office is decorated really nicely - clean, modern, and calming. She played relaxing music during the massage and the temperature was very comfortable in the room. Her location is easy-to-find and there was a reserved parking space for massage clients just outside the door. I plan to return for a post-natal massage and highly recommend Exie's massage services to all pregnant women looking for some relief and relaxation. I'm already working with another birth doula, but if I were still looking, I would certainly consider hiring Exie as my doula.
