Second worse massage experience ever... in my life. Where to start.. I arrived and was immediately showed to a room. No instructions no questions anything. I poked my head out to ask where the blanket was and she told me to use the towel on the bed. Towel was the size of a basic bath towel.... Not even a large beach towel. Ok I guess. Massage starts and right before she snaps my back in half I stop her to ask her what kind of massage she was giving me (I specifically asked for Swedish when making my appointment) she said it was deep tissue. I told her that was what I wanted so she changes her technique. Meanwhile my toes are frozen because.... Well.. it's winter time, I'm not on a warming bed, and I'm not under a blanket... I'm under a damn towel. The rooms are not very inviting or relaxing and they aren't real rooms so you can hear literally everything throughout their shop (walls don't go to the ceiling). The lovely spa music is interrupted pretty regularly with an obnoxious pandora commercial. Someone walks in and MY masseuse stops and steps out of my room to greet the customer and talk to them about price and availability. Effin really?! So I'm laying there with frozen toes staring at the floor like.... Should I just leave? She comes right back in and continues. A call comes in... which everyone and their mom in the building is aware of because once again, no real walls... MY masseuse answers it!! She proceeds to take this call WHILE doing my massage! When she's done filling in the next dope on availability she drops the phone down which lands between my legs! She continues the massage. Annnnd right on cue another obnoxious pandora commercial comes on. Ok I should leave! I should just stop her and leave. I don't. Why don't I? Because at this point I'm thinking well.. they're going to charge me for at least half an hour or 45 mins so... I'm counting the seconds until she says I'm done. Like who the eff has ever gotten a massage and wished it would END? She ends my back with the stereotypical hand chopping you see in movies and a nice warm wet towel... which is awesome because I have hypothermia at this point but quickly turns to crappy because that towel turns cold within an instant. So I'm now cold, wet, chopped, and just ready to get the eff out. She spends maybe 10 mins if that on my front... and... voila she's done. Never in life...... Never In Life Will I Ever Everrrrrrrrrrrerrrrrrrr Go Back!!!!!! NEVER So flippin sad and disappointing that I spent almost $100 on a crap massage for my bday. read more

By FAR the worst, least relaxing experience of my entire life. Old lady with glasses that spoke less than ZERO English was standing at front door and asked if I called, I said no. Tried to just force me into a 90 minute session. What I got was a 20 minute neck and shoulder minced meat pounding and said done. The guy that called showed up 20 minutes late and she just stopped mine and went to the 90 minute late guy. I had a nice time here a few months ago with another very nice lady. Honestly didn't convince me at all. Too much oil is not massage. Massage is not passing the oil on your body. Whole time talking to the person at the front desk would not let you relax. I stop the service at 20 min... sorry, was not a good experience for me. read more

Saline Massage- must experience!!! I've had many massages, but nothing compared to this whole body massage. They know the body, the muscles, it was painful in certain areas, but I trusted her completely, and my body literally feels 100years younger. I could barely breath or walk before this, having pain for 2 years, meds couldn't touch, nothing helped, now I feel so loose in places I never knew I could. I was never flexible. I'm actually surprised at how good my massage was here. It's small and new, so I was skeptical, but my hour long massage was so worth the money! My masseuse used lots of techniques and focused on all my problem areas without even asking what they were. She worked out every knot she found with just the right technique and amount of pressure. Not to mention the oils they use smell really good, very pleasantly surprised! Definitely coming back here again. My only complaint is that she interrupted my massage and left the room to answer the door, phone and get more oils about 4 times. This was not only distracting, but I felt uncomfortable as she would leave the door open while she was gone, and I was undressed on the table. Other than that, it was great! read more

This was, hands down, the worst massage I've ever had to experience. There was no music, oil or aromas. The masseuse had no skills whatsoever. My cat could have given me a better massage. I had booked for a two hour massage but stopped it after 45 minutes of bad rubbing. I'm not sure what happened in a year but this place went downhill. I will not be going back. read more

After my stroke 5 years ago I started visiting Mulan Massage 3 years ago. What a awesome massage I received.. My walking gate improved tremendously just after 2 visits. My Cardio improved so my endurance is better . After paying a so called massage therapist my doctor recommended, and paying outrageous prices, I found the masseuse at Mulan were better at half the cost per hour of services provided. The masseuse's are concerned about my health first, and always ask question of my needs so I receive the best treatment. I still continue visiting to this day. I will finish by simply saying Mulan Massage is a experience that you will never forget. read more

I wandered into Mulan Massage with no appointment and a sore shoulder and back. "Tina" is an awesome massage therapist using Chinese techniques and working out all of the sore spots. I will definitely go back and I recommend the 60 minute late because 30 minutes is not enough! read more

I been coming to this massage place for the last 3 months after suffering from a sports related injury. I will certainly recommend this place to anyone.
