Rob uses a variety of different approaches to relieve my ever-present chronic pain (nerve hyperactivity and muscle tension caused by fibromyalgia) - from hot towels, hot stones, gentle cupping, trigger points, etc. I come every 2 weeks to every week, depending how much pain I'm in. He sets the atmosphere so nicely and zen so you can relax even if you are in pain (like during my deep tissue sessions). Bonus: He always follows up each session with a text to see how you're doing and gives recommendations if you are in a lot of pain still. And sign up for his newsletter! Really nice wellness tips given via email - a nice surprise I didn't expect. He is located at the end room inside Spa Island, just off the Treasure Island Causeway. So convenient living by the beach, I just bike there. Very small strip parking available though, so I recommend taking a lift, biking there or going at an off hour. read more

What a phenomenal experience!!! Highly recommend. The spa was so cute, extremely clean and very relaxing. This was my first facial ever and Erica made sure to educate and inform me about what she was doing throughout the experience. I went for the "well facial" which is tailored to your needs. I have had many luxury massages at various resorts and spas all over. My massage today was the truthfully best one I have ever had. My masseuse, McKenzie was incredible. She had a calming presence and her work was excellent. You can tell she knows the anatomy of what she is doing. I then had a complimentary facial due to a booking issue which was so nice of the spa to do. Erica tailored the facial to my skin and sensitivities and gave me the calming facial I didn't know I needed. She was resourceful with product recommendations for my skin type and natural to target my triggers. Dunedin Well Spa is a beautiful, clean and inviting place with staff that definitely go above and beyond and are their because they are passionate about their work and clients.
