The lounge area is serene and calming. The features scent was "pine" If I weren't congested I'm sure I would've enjoyed it. Linda provided my therapeutic massage with firm pressure and adjusted the pressure when requested. She explained as she worked on my sinuses to assist me in opening the nasal passages. At the end, she showed me some stretches to assist in opening my chest and upper back areas as continuous cycling positions places stress on the body. Serendipity Wellness Spa is by far the best place I have found for massage therapy. About 1 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Although I am treated by my rheumatologist I still suffer from daily pain and I search for alternative ways to ease that pain. I was so happy to find out about Serendipity's fibromyalgia therapy. After a few weeks of treatment I found that I could move around without as much pain and was sleeping better. After the treatment was done, I was able to run and exercise and not be in debilitating pain the following day. This is such a relief and if you suffer with the daily pain and fatigue of fibro then you understand. Even after some last minute girls weekend planning, the team at Serendipity was able to accommodate services for all 7 of us and with only 3 days notice coordinate a spa morning with mimosas, snacks and a relaxing place for us to spend our time. I have been having a severe reaction for a few months, and I'm in the process of figuring out if it's an allergic reaction or a potential autoimmune condition. My most prevalent symptom is edema in the face and stomach, which has been extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. I called Serendipity to learn more about manual lymphatic drainage massages. I explained my situation and the fact that I'm very sensitive right now because I don't know what I'm reacting to. They said they would be able to just use coconut oil for my massage (just to be safe) and shared the potential benefits of an MLD massage. Amy did my massage the next day, and I immediately felt some relief for the first time in weeks. She explained what she was massaging as she went, which I really appreciated. I'm going to go back a few times to help manage symptoms while I wait for my test results. Thank you for the extra TLC, Serendipity! Relaxing to the max! I have been to many different spas and salons over the years but this one was far beyond even expectations! Serene, clean, and just everything we wanted! I brought my best friend who had never been to any spa or massage before and I was hoping for a really nice relaxing massage facial (spa day kinda day) and Michael did our massages which was excellent very relaxing the pressure was just right he was thorough after going over paper work and realizing I have many health issues which is a huge relief because it really showed how informed he really was about my conditions and what would best be relaxing for this session! For my friend who was new and needed super light pressure it was right on point!!!!! Noel did our facials and the organic vegan/ vegetarian friendly products were excellent we left feeling like we had fresh new faces with baby bottom soft cheeks she made any adjustments needed when a product wouldn't be right for my skin and it was so appreciated! And the scalp massages they offer! That's a must must must!!!The ear candling was a last min add and the incredible woman who performed that came in on her day off last minute and educated me so much more on what I thought I was well versed in already!! Was my 3rd visit here (2nd massage, 1x facial), booked a last min massage same day with the easy online scheduling: you can easily see what times are available. Chose the "whatever employee was available" option and was booked with Michael. He was very professional, listened to my needs, and actually provided a little variety accordingly. I had booked a Swedish but he provided some therapeutic at some tender/tight spots which was really needed. One of the better massages I've had, would request him again. read more

The best massage I have ever had!! The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Went to see Brenda last week and she was amazing. I went in for a neck and shoulder issue that left me not being able to hardly turn my neck and not only did she find the source of that problem and worked it out but was able to identify several other areas. Her technique is wonderful - unlike any other massage I have had before. I left feeling like a new person. She is personable and you can tell she loves what she does.
