This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I dropped my phone and the screen would not…read morework. The rest of the phone was working and I could hear text messages coming through and it was ringing so I figured it just needed a new screen. I brought it in and they told me it would take 5 hours and to come back and it would be fixed. They also asked for my password for the phone and I gave it to them. After 5 hours I went back to get my phone but it was all in pieces and they said it probably will not be able to be fixed but they would order a part and contact me next week. 2 days later, I get an email from my bank that fraudulent active was suspected. When I signed into my account, I see multiple credit and debit card transactions that I did not make and they managed to take all of my money. I went to the bank to get a new card and start a fraud case. I then went to get my phone and I picked it up in pieces and confronted them regarding the online bank orders placed with my card and of course they denied it. I gave one star as there are no options to rate them any lower than that. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and I hope me writing this review will stop them from doing this to anyone else.

They do a very good job of repairing and restoring damaged areas. They will work with you on how much needs to be done and are understanding if financial restrictions determine how much you can do yourself whilst picking up the rest. Last year was the hardest year for our family, with both my parents having failing health. Our first contact was Jon Duncan who showed great compassion and understood the urgency of our situation. We were referred to David Duncan, who was able to draft representation agreements for both my parents in record time. David and his assistant showed kindness to my mother, answering her questions and helping set her mind at ease. Unfortunately, my father was not able to get his agreement signed before being admitted to hospital for an extended stay. David came to the hospital, at no additional charge. He sat with my father and took the time to go over the document in great detail, ensuring all of dad's questions were answered and making additions/changes as needed. He treated my father with dignity and left quite the positive impression. We later had some legal documents to be signed and notarized for my father, for the second time as they were incorrectly drawn up to state my dad had signed them in BC. it's to be noted that they were not drafted by Duncan and Associates. With my dad in a care home and some other obstacles, David ensured that the new documents were drafted correctly and again made a trip to my father to have the signing witnessed and notarized. Their office took care of sending the documents to the lawyer in Calgary for us. The turnaround time from first point of contact was less than 2 weeks, which was astounding. The staff have always been helpful and transparent. We were made to feel valued, regardless of being a relatively small account.
