" Why would I continue to pay when I was ripped off. Not only that she doubted the rent after Covid. Please, when renting make certain your container is clean. Make certain that they are selling lemonade to you instead of a waterproof container. They lie, don't care how many years your $hit has been there. She just wants money, money. Greedy, lying ,selfish people. She doesn't even let her kids help with the business. Instead she kicked them out. She's not nice unless you follow her rules. It's pure bullshit. I lost over 20,000.00 worth of items and she doesn't give a rat's rear? Find another place to rent. Make certain that they aren't evil.

They do a very good job of repairing and restoring damaged areas. They will work with you on how much needs to be done and are understanding if financial restrictions determine how much you can do yourself whilst picking up the rest. Definitely not an all or nothing, their way or the highway company. They are quick to answer the phone and, both in the office and on the work-site, very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Literally the worst service. I just got engaged and was excited to start crafting. I saw online…read morethat I could do curbside. I had a 60% of coupon really just wondering where I could use it. I call customer service and I was told straight up "that's a separate with it being online, I can't help you." Fine, I tried letting it go and ordered online for curbside. As I arrived to curbside and called like suggested I was rudely answered by phone. Asking me if I "even got an email, do you even know if your order is ready?" Before even knowing. Having it been 5 hours since my order was placed she made me feel stupid. I was just surprised why the need to be so rude. We end up exchanging i went to pick up my items. That I didn't need anything else....before I got to finalize I had a knock on my window from an employee asking if I got all my items. I said yes I just wanted to verify I didn't need anything else. She then tells me " Well this is our busy time and your order wouldn't be ready today anyways." Even then I didn't know but there is a way to speak to people, times are rough now and kindness goes a long way. "I then said no problem, I wanted to know just in case I should order for tomorrow then. She said "our busy time is right now so if you leave that would be great, thanks."
