The cleaning lady mysteriously came in saying how hard her case had being and how deligent they were to solve it. They said that to start we had to pay the sum of $1500 , since they were going to ask for the FOIA and revise the case after. We incredulously believed them, and we paid the amount asked. It has been a year and a half and we are still waiting for the FOIA. I have called multiple times, and I have either been placed on hold or I have been told that the FOIA has not arrived as of yet.
