What they don't tell you is that the second you sign the contract and they send out the letter, they consider that to be "going to court" We went through Ian and had 2 properties damaged, this was our first time ever having to make a claim and we were lost on what to do. We had heard a few neighbors say they were using a Public Adjuster so we thought we would do the same.... BIG MISTAKE This lawyer (John Sacs) tried to talk us down on the amount we knew we needed to repair, we had the quotes. Then they proceeded to take over 40% of the settlement.
