Their restroom is always out of order. Everyone who buy coffee and wants to use restroom should avoid this place. Never gonna come back.

Worst Dunkin' in the County. Rudest employees and God forbid you need to use the restroom after drinking coffee. It's only for employees GTFOH Its like needing to pee is some kind of a sin. Thankfully the very nice Asian gentleman at 7-11 let me use his restroom telling me that sign is on Dunkin's bathroom every single day. Whoever manages this crap hole is failing miserably. I hadn't been in this Dunkin for quite some time mainly because the staff were rude, and the service was sub-par at best. I gave it another chance, and popped in on Monday. 5/24/2023 The place had a complete makeover. The store itself, and there was a whole new staff!!! They were super friendly, and they paid attention to detail. It was the best experience I have had at a Dunkin Donuts in quite some time. Job well done team!!! Iv met Rude people before, ...but the staff member @ Dunkin 147 N. Quincy st. ABINGTON is exceptional . treated my 75 year old mom terrible! she was RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!! after my mother had to go inside the store to get her drive thru order corrected... they got her order wrong 2 days in a row 5.12.21 & then again on 5.13.21 when my mother wast trying to get her order corrected, the employee kept repeating , yup yup...yup what els ..what els...what els.. while she rolled her eyes & shook her head to show my mom how annoyed she was w/ her...when the oder was corrected , she said loudly for my mom & other customers to hear that she's sooo annoying! she was in here yesterday to bother me!!! when my mother heard that comment, she asked if the manager was there...& she said No!! my mom says well I'm going to call the manager..& she said GO AHEAD LADY!! NOT MY PROBLEM!!! my mom left w/ my 3 yr old. neice... If I could this place zero stars I would. Went there to get coffee this morning and decided to order a energy punch. I told the drive thru worker that I wanted a blue raspberry energy punch. She kept replying to me "yup yup that it". The order on the screen said raspberry so I said "could you please make sure I have the blue raspberry instead of the raspberry. I am allergic to raspberries and don't like taking the chance. I was replied with "that's what it says on the screen right". I was shocked at this response. I go up to the window to pay for my food and get an attitude along with eye rolls. Not how I expected to start my morning. Worst service I have ever got in my life, don't recommend this place unless you want an attitude with you coffee to start your morning. I think this dunkin should check their employees, if you don't like working costumer service work in the back or not in costumer service at all. After seeing all the negative reviews I would be embarrassed to work at this location. I don't know how this dunkin is still in business. This store used to be 2 houses down from me then they moved a block away to a new plaza and I thought they would improve. I only go here for convieniece and desperation for a coffee, that is only when the morning crew works. I really like the people, but they can't make a good coffee and always, I mean always burn an english muffin! If you go in the afternoon or evening everything is fine but they can't handle the mornings or something. The new place didn't make the wait shorter either...it seems much longer and they got rid of the trash bucket to get rid of your dunkin trash from previous visits due to the fact people were dumping other trash in there. I don't write reviews normally, but I opened an account just to write about my latest experience! I stopped in for a cup of coffee on a recent Saturday morning, and I couldn't believe how (the man I assumed to be the manager, based on how he was talking to other employees) was treating customers...While I was in the store, this man was sitting on the counter where coffees were being prepared, and it appeared that he was yelling at customers and even flipped one off while I was in the process of ordering my coffee! I was shocked by his lack of professionalism, and it leads me to wonder who's running the restaurant, because his behavior should not be tolerated by any higher management with decent standards. I definitely wont be returning to this location as there are many better options nearby. read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I created an account to share my experience. I have Crohn's disease and they refused to allow me to use the rest room "due to Covid," and threatened to call the cops if I didn't comply. I ended up leaving. Legally in mass any establishment serving food must allow access to a rest room. Even during the Covid outbreak it is illegal to refuse a person with Crohns from using the restroom. I will now be boycotting Dunkin and I'm a two coffees a day person. Looking forward to exploring the Starbucks menu. read more

The women in the morining not so too bad...but if you visit after 11a there is a young women there with an attitude to the point I always leave biting my tongue.. She repeats the order back and 100% of the time the order is completely wrong...I know its coffee shop and shouldn't expect service with some class...but this by far the worst dunkin ..no wonder so many are closing.. read more

I go here all the time because it's on the way to school and sometimes it's great, fast service and tastes good too. Then there are times I'm waiting forever. Also recently I bought a sandwich and hash browns on my way home from school. When I got home I had no hash browns (even though I paid for them). When I went back to get them they wouldn't give them to me because I didn't have the receipt they never gave me. Safe to say I'm be checking everything before leave the window. Dismal service. Stopped by at around 11:30 on Saturday. Huge line at drive through but we were the only customers inside. Cashier stood in front of us, laughing with another employee for several minutes. Didn't acknowledge us, wasn't slightly interested in us at all. Her buddy suddenly saw us and was mortified, she asked if she could help, then the cashier got mobilized. Not even an apology. No thank you either. Crazy to leave people like that unsupervised! Worst dunkin donuts ever to work for and get coffee. They reuse donuts for next day sales. They never throw anything away. I worked there and found bugs in cream cheese and told manager and he said to just take bug out and dont throw away cream cheese. They owe me hours from 3 weeks ago. I was a full time employee and cut me to 8 hrs because they hired 3 new ppl that they have to give hours to that i was willing to work. I only go to this dunkin donuts because there is nothing else around me for a quick coffee and sandwich. I wish there were closer places because this location is awful. The people that work there are rude and I feel they don't know what is going on half the time. Someone will ask for your coffee order then not tell the person at the register what you are ordering so its utter mayhem. The sandwiches are TERRIBLE I literally get an ice cold English muffin everytime. Busy or slow dunkin donut sandwiches used to be delicious and they still might be I just don't know because this one location is turning me and my family away again and again. We will drive the extra few miles to the local competition to get a good sandwich and a great cup of coffee instead of dealing with the headache and nonsense of this place. I stop here every morning on my way to work...early...the morning staff are very friendly and the drive thru seems to be efficient (Unless they try to put a new person on the register)...I do wish they would put a trash can outside...I can't believe there isn't one before drive thru.I do agree that it is difficult to really get any hot food that is prepared the way I ask for it...I finally just ask for the bagel sliced and then toast it at work or at home... read more
