It's such a toss up now with this particular store. My order never really changes at any Dunkin' that I go to, but this one never seems to get it right anymore. I don't do too many reviews because all companies have bad days from time to t, but today I'm just aggravated and over them. My medium iced caramel coffee tastes like water for at least the 3rd time. This is after ordering at different times in the day throughout the last few weeks. They put a thin layer of caramel & sugar at the bottom of the cup and couldn't be bothered to even stir up the damn thing. The older man who works there (I can only assume he's the franchise manager/owner) has a horrible attitude. I'm put off every time I roll through the drive through and see him there. You're better off going a bit out of your way to another Dunkin' if you want your order done properly and friendly service. read more

I would give them no stars, but anyways. Almost every place in brownsmills is horrible, but today when i pulled up at the drive through, they said good morning how can i help you? I replied with good morning, one moment please. They replied with okay let me know when you're ready. 30 seconds later they say, are you ready? I reply no. They said okay can you move up you have a line of cars behind you. I just left. Where was I supposed to pull up to? I'd still be in the way and not have a menu in front of me. If you like waiting 15 -20 minutes for your coffee to then be handed a coffee that is 95% creamer then this is the place for you. 9 out of 10 times will mess your order up or give you complete trash. Oh but wait there's more. If you want a new coffee made you just have to wait in another 15-20 minute line. Worst Dunkin I've been too and that's actually saying a lot since most Dunkin's follow these same standards. Unfortunately i have to pick 1 star for this. So today will be the last time that I visit this particular Dunkin that's only three minutes away from my house. I've been giving them chance after chance, and today was the last straw. I saw that their drive-through was super busy so I decided to place a mobile order to walk in. I waited almost 10 minutes. Got out of my car went to walk in and the door was locked. There was another customer there with me waiting for her mobile walk in order she started to knock on the door and they were ignoring us. Finally, another worker came in for her shift. She unlocked the door, but we stood outside. She went to get our orders. My order was wrong which I wasn't surprised , so I walked in because I felt bad that she was walking back-and-forth. Very RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!! I go here everyday order the same thing after work , I decided to go in the morning on my day off and was treated horrible !! My drink was wrong anu the MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE continually laughed at me stating if I wanted t he right drink I would have to pay for it! I've stopped there twice, hit up the drive thru at 7 PM. First time was told to wait before they'd take my order. I waited 5 minutes with no response, drove around the front and no one was in the store, no customers. Tried again tonight, nobody even responded when I drove up. Waited 5 minutes, drove around front again, saw 2 employees. 1 was on the phone, other was standing around. No customers. Just very poor service. Wont make that mistake again... read more

I'm so glad there's a DD in town, instead of having to go all the way to Pemberton. It's brand new, or a few months old, whateverrrr. It's really clean and nice inside, considering it is brand new. A drive-thru is always a plus! Plenty of parking. The service is okay, I ordered an iced coffee and it took a lot longer then it should have to come out, they actually forgot until one of the baristas saw me standing there still. I wasn't thrilled but oh well. No soy milk. Fail. Coffee was good. Still no SB but it'll do! read more

I want to try to offset some of these negative reviews! I have never had bad service or a rude employee. I often get jokes on top of the smiles. They have never been out of food, except when they weren't serving food on President's Day. The girl was running the place by herself, but I still got my coffee. They always have had the drinks I want, (However, I only drink black coffee or black decaf.) I've never waited longer than a few minutes in line, even when it's long and blocking parked cars due to the layout of the drivethru. I've never been in the physical building, so I can't review that, but I am thankful they are in town and open early. read more

I ordered and paid for a bacon avacado toast. Making it extra money. I did not get what I ordered. I called and let them know I was on my way back, well when I got there we couldn't pull in so I walked up. Long story short I called 13 times and let it ring out each time and a girl refused to let someone know i was there or answer the phone and I didn't even get what i ordered. While the food here is decent--no different than any other Dunkin location-- service is lacking. The staff is more likely to screw up your order than to get it right. Plus, they can be kind of rude. Again, the food is typical Dunkin Donuts fare, but be sure to check your bag before you leave the drive-thru, because you're probably missing part of your order. read more

I go here almost every morning on my way to work. I give them so much of my business and today I was devastated by their extreme behavior! They actually called the cops on me. I ordered (2) 2 for 2 which equals 4. After I paid, I looked in the bag and saw only 2 so I said you owe me 2 more. They argued with me and said that I was wrong. I had already handed them back the bag so I sat there waiting for the food I paid for. Meanwhile the line is being held up. I knock on the window and ask what's taking so long and they said we don't serve disrespectful customers. We called the cops. Cops arrived and I told them all I wanted was the food that I paid for. Cops went in and got my food. Dear Dunkin, you don't call the cops on a customer over something like this! Customer is always right. And to the people who were held up in line and told me I should have left, no way am I giving $15 to Dunkin for nothing! read more

The bagels are passed their shelf life; they're stale, chewy (even when toasted) and no flavor. One employee literally admitted to me they reuse the same filter and beans multiple times for their hot coffee. So if you like stale food and hot cream water this is the place for you. read more

Very nasty customer service .. from beginning the counter lady was not friendly, then my daughter ordered the new pink lemonade drink, it was gross, tasted like the sugar was missing or something, she asked if she could switch it and they wouldn't allow her too! I paid on my app for 2 large hazelnut lattes, came out to over 8 dollars! My husband picked them up in the drive through and I opened the top and both lattes were steamed milk! No latte! No espresso nothing! White steam milk! Ummm no, so I called the store, idk hoping she would say she would make it right! But no! She argued with me that sometimes if you don't drink it right away the espresso settles to the bottom ummm now I'm stupid and didn't stir it? Duh! I've been drinking these drinks before she ever thought of working there so I know exactly what and how they are supposed to look and taste like. She said for me to come back.20 minutes away, and get new one's. I can't until tomorrow and she said I had to come back that night or another shift will be there tomorrow and I can't get new ones.
