I don't usually visit Dunkin but I had to try the Cookie Butter Latte I've been hearing so much about. It was kinda slow so I was immediately greeted and my order placed. The restaurant was clean and inviting if you cared to sit and enjoy. I got mine to go. I really liked my coffee, the cookie foam and crumbles were a nice touch, it's sweet but I can see why this seasonal treat is so trendy. I would give this place a zero rating. I wias there 4/15 around 10:07 in the morning and ordered turkey sausage egg and cheese on sour dough, iced coffee and tator tots $18. They gave me a half an egg and a half a turkey sausage on the sourdough. I left a message concerning this and no one has contacted me. I just want to know is this normal. Server was nice. He took my cash, made change, then without changing gloves - used his hands to build my donut order. When I said something, "since cash is really pretty dirty it would be better to get fresh gloves", I could see the young man think about it and head towards the back to swap them out. Again, he was very nice and responsive, but why was that not part of training? Why did he have to walk into the BACK of the store (vs a box beside the food) to get fresh gloves? That is why 2 stars instead of 4. We wanted a donut - not the extras that come with nasty gloves. read more

Service was downright disgusting. I went in with my 5 year old daughter to get my usual, a large hot coffee with 6 cream and 4 sugar. Simple as that may seem, when I proceeded to order I was greeted with attitude and slick comments. Apparently, this was the new General Manager of the store. I was appalled by this behavior coming from a Manager so I asked for her name and she said in a really really loud tone, Charlotte. Rolled her eyes, called me the b word and walked away. I've been to this location 17 times (per Swarm) and usually have good experiences. When I walked in today, I was in a good mood. I informed the cashier that I had a free coffee reward and I was going to add a small treat, since the app showed my funds were low. And I decided on the everything bagel minis for $2.49. I asked him what size coffee my reward was good for and he said he didn't know. So I said I'll go for a large. Then I proceeded to tell him I wanted an Oatmilk Latte. He asked me if I wanted it hot or cold. I told him "hot". He told me my total would be $7.xx. I said well let me scan my phone and the total should charge. He told me I owed $4.38. I said that doesn't sound right for just the bagel minis. He raised his voice and said that he was just reading the screen. He were at an impasse. Another employee was observing this transaction and I attempted to try to make eye contact with her, but that didn't work. I stepped aside because now 2 people were behind me in line. I let one woman order and then o got back in line and said that I would just order the coffee. I scanned my app and the cashier flippantly offered me the receipt and said something about that being it. I patiently waited for my drink and when he handed it to me, it felt cold. And sure enough, when I took a sip, it was cold. Look, I know most people reading this won't know me. I'm a passive person and didn't want to make a scene. I did not want to pull a "Karen" and ask for a manager. I'm incredibly woke and know that employees are under a lot of stress. But I do not think I was treated fairly today. Anything for a buck, or in my case .75. I've used this location since it opened. App, loyalty program. Today I ordered espresso shots over Ice. Something I do frequently at this and other coffee companys and locations. I was charged an extra .75 for the plastic cup. What??? Where else are you going to put my iced coffee??? Called manager who basically told me its policy. So, maybe I've been paying extra for iced coffee all this time, but don't think so. I went through the drive thru on a Thursday afternoon. First, it took an extended period of time to order. They kept asking me to wait and they apologized for the wait. I'm not sure what was going on. Two of us ordered just coffees. My coffee was lukewarm while my friend's coffee was scalding. We had no napkins in the bag. We asked for the creamer and sugar to be on the side. They gave us Splenda instead and no stir sticks. I'm not sure they know what they are doing. read more

This location is awesome. Everyone is professional, the food is high-quality, the service is quick, and I don't understand all the negativity. This has been my favorite Dunkin' location for about a year. Not sure why everyone is so hard on this location. Every time I've been here the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the food is good. Are the donuts the best in Memphis? I stoppped by Dunkin Doughnut yesterday.The guy at the register was super nice, but the manger didn't seem to friendly. My coffee was good. I ordered a bacon cheese croissant. My food was extremely cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. The bacon was thin as paper and their was only two shriveled pieces. I took it back , and asked if I could get some hot food. The lady at the drive thru made it over with no problem, but the manager frowned and said " pass me that bag" she sat it beside her . She saw me looking at her so she left it sitting beside her. My thoughts- Are you going to warm that up and give back to me or give it another customer after I have touched that or are you just going to eat it yourself. The workers and manager at this location are beyond unprofessional. The menu price was wrong and they did not want to honor the displayed price. When they were finally willing to do it they lied and said they were out of what we wanted. We left but I was in disbelief that they are even still open. Ok. I really like dunkin but after this morning I will no longer go to any franchise in this area. Order a LARGE hot Caramel Latte and get a medium. Oh and don't question the staff because you will be WRONG. They do not mind telling you that you are wrong. I have bought enough of these drinks to know what I have ordered and what I should be receiving. You will be charged for a large but will receive a medium. Garbage and rude. I repeated my order twice to the incompetent and she still read it back wrong. When I got the coffee I tasted it since there was no one else behind me, it was very gritty and she kept talking about it was the sugar. There was soooooo much sugar that the after taste seemed as if I'd drank a bag of sugar. I had to go elsewhere and get something to drink to get that extreme sugar taste out of my mouth. Zero hazelnut flavor, I couldn't even taste the coffee flavor for the overwhelming amount of undissolved sugar. On top of that the lady act is if she was annoyed because I was questioning the accuracy of this beverage I PAID for. She was so nasty that I told her give me my money back; I'll stick to my normal Union Ave location. My beverages are always smooth, correct and there's not a pound of sugar chilling at the bottom. Without a doubt the worst DD location I have ever visited. I love Dunkin' coffee, and I was thrilled when I learned one was opening near my home. From the first day they opened, their service has been inconsistent. It's rare that they get your order correct, and once I noticed they charged my card for over $6, when I had ordered a medium coffee.. since they were new, I've tried to wait for their serviced to improve but today, when I went to get an iced coffee, they informed me they were "out of coffee." I won't be returning. I guess I'll have to wait until I'm near another location to get some stale donuts and the wrong (if they have it at all) coffee order. read more

The newest location of Dunkin' Donuts in the Memphis area makes me wonder why you are able to keep the franchise and expand! I went in today to get a frozen hot chocolate with whip cream. I heard the help giggling as they were making it and when they brought it to me the whip cream was shooting out the top about 2 inches. Which makes the presentation wrong also an overuse of product, the whip cream. With the whip cream sticking out it wasn't nice to look at but I took it anyway and left the store and drove away. Well now I kind a wish I hadn't driven away because I wasted my money buying the drink. The presentation was bad but trying to drink the drink was worse because it was all ice instead of a slushy icy drink that I wanted. At least It didn't change my opinion that the owner should not be a franchisee. I have posted my complaints before and and stopped going to Dunkin' Donuts in Memphis area of Tennessee. Unfortunately I had a craving for frozen hot chocolate and I have had one in another part of the country and it was delicious.
