We recently relocated our office around the corner from this Starbucks... this could be dangerous! The staff is super friendly and the coffee shop is very clean (I go as they're opening in the morning). I'm fairly new to Starbucks but on one of my first visits I ordered the wrong coffee. I mistakenly ordered a Frappuccino when I intended on ordering Cappucchino. The guy immediately noticed the confused look on my face and got me a Cappucchino. Starbucks need to improve their services and the restaurant need to be cleaned. My order was messed up and extremely disappointing. I had used my gift card. They gave me two drinks and no coffee. My coffee was missing. My ham and Swiss cheese sandwich had no ham. The blueberry scone was hard and dry.,it was disgusting. The banana walnut bread was moist and tasted fine. I usually order at the window, but I've recently been doing the mobile order. I had a mobile order maybe a month or so ago and I usually just go through the drive-through because I have my kids with me and I'm not leaving them in the car or taking them inside with me to just pick up an order. I went one morning and the line was really backed up and I already placed my to go order so I just went inside and had to bring all three of my kids with me. It was so slow and there were about seven people inside also waiting on mobile orders and I had to ask three different employees for my muffin. I understand that they were packed, but no one acknowledged that anyone was waiting and no one said give me a minute. I'll be right with you or anything of that nature. I did mobile order today and they were great. I went through the drive-through, super nice but I'm driving and I noticed something black at the top of my cup and it's a whole coffee bean. I came in and neither of the two lady baristas acknowledged me. They stared at me and didn't say a word. It wasn't busy . No one else was inside. I went back to my car and saw a white male come in so I decided to come in to see if they would acknowledge him. I didn't realize he was the manager though. I told him what happened and he was apologetic and accommodated me. I won't be back to this location though. A white lady came in after me and the very rude barista took her order. Today like most of my trips to Starbucks they screwed up my order and on top of that they had a serious attitude problem and a smart mouth. If I'm going to pay $10 for a damn cup of coffee, I expect it to be done correctly and I expect to get what I paid for.. today I paid for an extra three shots in my coffee, but I only got two of them, and when I drove back to the store which took me 10 minutes out of my time, they refused to make it correctly, and they were trying to tell me that they did it right but they didn't because I get the same cup of coffee everywhere I go and this is the only location that has ever told me what they told me as far as how that coffee is Made. They were asking me if I wanted my coffee done again I said yes but I want it down the way I said, but they weren't going to do it unless I paid extra money which I refuse because I already paid for it to be done the first time eventually, I just said to hell with it and let the store in frustration but you best believe I won't be going back to Starbucks anymore and I am going to get a hold of the general manager because this is fucking ridiculous. There's a few time that my husband and I went to this location, only because it's more convenient for us. They usually get our orders right but there is also multiple times where they've not. We get charged for extra caramel drizzle but there is no 'extra'. Our drinks taste rushed. Told i order a drink with extra caramel drizzle and there is no caramel in sight. Went through drive thru this morning ordered a venti mocha with no whip. I arrived at work took a drink and the label says vent white mocha. This is the second time in a week. I don't have much to say about Starbucks because I never go here. I don't drink coffee and they are a bit pricey. I was given a gift card so I purchased one of their breakfast sandwiches and it was tiny but really really good. I was recently feeling under the weather so my sister picked me up a "medicine ball" tea and it was delicious. It really made my throat feel better. I have been a customer for 8+ years. I have lived directly across the street from this location for the past 3+ years. I order online before I leave for work, run in, grab my coffee and am out the door. However, today was a much different story. Candice, the lady who acknowledged me upon entering, went into a screaming, yelling, meltdown over me not having a mask on. I have a pre-existing condition. I stated this to Candice and her nastiness grew worse. Candice decided to orchestrate an entire scene in a very disrespectful, grotesque way. She also told me to never step foot into this store again, several times. All I wanted was the coffee I paid for. I need a district manager over this location to contact me at their convenience. I am so pained by this encounter and Candice's combative manner. Something must be said before she comes after more customers. In Shelby County, it is ILLEGAL to mandate masks for those who have pre-existing conditions. Period. No questions asked. Starbucks isn't above the law or the health directive and your employees represent Starbucks. I am honestly terrified to visit this location again. I wish I could give this place more stars. For one, their staff is AMAZING. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I got cut in front of by a lady once, and they went out of their way to make up for it, and it wasn't even their fault! Space wise, this place has way more windows than the other normal starbucks. I like that already. There also are alot of tables for you to study at. Not too noisy but not too quiet. They have your standard starbucks drinks, eats, and gifts for purchase. The one thing I will say that I dislike about this location is that the parking spaces are incredibly limited. you might have to park at the autozone or the sonic next door and walk over. I like their drive through though! Very efficient, speedy, and they dont block off the curb so that its a tight squeeze; theres ample room for our car to move around in. Great starbucks! read more

It's in the middle of nowhere, and you can still consistently get the same Starbucks beverage you expect anywhere else in the US. That's what makes Starbucks great. You get what you expect, and it's almost always pretty good. If not, they'll make it for you again. This location is quite small though, and isn't really that great to hang out in. For a place to study, people watch, or just hang out I'd search elsewhere. read more

I'm not normally a fan of $5 coffee, or Starbucks in general, but when you have a small child at home and grad work to do, this place has become my Batcave. The wifi here is the best of probably any business I've been to (courtesy of google), since Comcast put a 300GB/month limit on my house. If you are going to leech off their wifi, be sure to grab a drink or croissant or something to show your appreciation and keep this place in business. Frequenting their wifi has caused me to start to appreciate their pricey items, but that's ok. They're also friendly, and occasionally give out free bite samples of cookies. This place has large tables for a Starbucks, so its a great place to do group projects for school, drop for an out of the office meeting, or sulk in the corner and just get homework done. read more

I like this Starbucks. It is not in a very high traffic area, so I opt to go here instead of the one on Germantown Parkway near the Walmart. The restaurant is clean and staff here is friendly and efficient. They are sometimes out of certain things like brownies or certain sandwiches, which can be a little upsetting if I had my mouth tuned up for that. The internet is reliable. One thing that could be improved is the deficiency of outlets in the seating area, or outlets that do not work properly. If people are there utilizing the internet while enjoying their coffee, they may not be able to charge their devices very easily. read more

I've never gotten an order under 10-15 min, whether drive through or order ahead through the app. I'm usually very patient, especially when it's obvious that the store has a shortage of shift workers or new people. Not one single time has anyone apologized for the mixed up order, the ridiculous wait time, the wrong items or the chronic lack of sandwiches by 3:00pm. This is one of the best Starbucks in Memphis. The staff is always incredibly friendly. They remember people's names and make an effort to remember their regular customer's favorite drinks. Many a time I've seen people walk in and get greeted by their name. They make drinks fast and correctly. The only downfalls- not a lot of parking or sockets to plug in your charger. But the friendly service is enough to keep you coming back! read more

This Starbucks used to be my favorite Starbucks. However, recently I have come in around 6:15 or so and I have been served cold "freshly" brewed coffee. I even do mobile order sometimes and it's never made when I get there after about 10 minutes of driving. It's almost like they wait for the mobile order person to get to the store before they start making it. And in the morning it seems like it's only one person doing tasks while two or more people are just standing against the wall doing nothing. That seems to be a common practice lately. It would be nice if management or the shift supervisor could step in and assign tasks like they are supposed to. I hate to see a historically great store go from top shelf to bottom of the barrel. read more

I don't know if the person taking the order through the drive-thru is moving too fast or listening too fast, but he never gets my order right. Whenever I order an iced coffee with cream and sweetener, I only get the cream. At first, I thought maybe I wasn't enunciating loudly and clearly enough toward the end. But even after he repeats my order - yep, there it is printed on the ticket "with cream" and no sugar. I feel like a barbarian drinking coffee with no sugar, like I should go lick rocks or something. If you drink coffee and ever taught math to middle school boys, you'd know how important it is to have a smooth start with a great cup of coffee. Four employees on the counter but only one making drinks. Ordered hot coconut milk macchioto. She made it cold. No problem. These things happen. But when I asked her to make it hot I saw her use the steel cup marked "Dairy" to mix the drink. She did not use the steel container marked "Coconut" which raised concerns with me. When I asked about this she assured me it was coconut milk. But I dont believe her. She was making multiple drinks at a time and was using the same milk jug with a blue top and poured it into steel cup marked dairy. My daughter confirmed this. I decided to just take the cold one instead because I do not want dairy. I did not feel like causing a scene and tell her she was insulting my intelligence. Especially since I saw her making like 6 drinks at once. But when I asked for the cold one she told me she was giving it to someone else and moved it to the drive thru window. After accepting my hot drink it is definitely not coconut milk but I do not have the energy to argue. Very shady and rude. I gave my drink away. read more
