IIRC there's been a DD in Berlin for quite some time. But the one in Fft is still new i.e. still something of a novelty so people plow in there like crazy. They seem to be so overwhelmed they can't instruct people how to form a line. Or maybe it's their policy and marketing ploy to create a chaotic situation. The kids running it are literally just throwing your EUR10 box of average quality donuts at you. Anyway, it's Dunkin Donuts. Nothing really special (and no cinnamon twists), and it's badly run, crowded, and the tables are dirty to boot.

They offered donuts for 1€ each today on Black Friday, which is less than the price for each in boxed sets. Donuts were all delicious, I've tried chocolate, strawberry, almond and Lebkuchen. Due to Black Friday, it was pretty crowded so the Food Court was pretty loud, too.

We came for their breakfast buffet which I about 15 euro (drinks not included) and has standard German breakfast fare (breads, cheeses & lochs & meats, fruit, etc) as well as onigiri & lots of Japanese & French fusion pastries. You can definitely get your money's worth as you're welcome to visit the buffet table for whatever you'd like. The sweet pastries were a little on the dry side, the macaron especially. I really liked the flavor of the matcha and white chocolate cake I had though. The fresh baguette was a real standout, so incredibly fluffy and moist - enjoyed with some very delicious soft cheeses. They also had mochi which was fun. Lots of drink options. I did the iced matcha latte which had an espresso shot. (Hooray!) We sat in the window in the sunshine and very much enjoyed our breakfast. Perhaps it was because I bought them later in the day, but I was disappointed with their taste as the donuts were stale.
