I do not recall them being as greasy when I was a regular at one in Orlando Florida. I also ordered an ice coffee, and again, it wasn't great. Nothing exceptionally good with the coffee.

Never had anything less than outstanding service! The only thing I would change is the music- it is loud dance music in the seating area making hard to hold a conversation or do any work. But really, I go there for the coffee not to sit in the train station so it doesnt effect me for long.
