I will never forgot my experience at this Dunkin Donuts. First when I ordered the employee was unpleasant and I don't think I've ever seen anyone look more miserable in my entire life. I ordered one sausage egg croissant and a ham egg and cheese sandwich. Never in my long lived life have I ever seen food so bad. The egg and cheese sandwich was so burned even the oven felt bad. To top it all off I waited a meager 20 minutes just for them to burn my food to point of being in-edible. They also overcharged me they charged me 11 dollars for 2 sandwiches that were 3.50 a piece each and I hadn't noticed until I saw the receipt when I left. Literally the worst Dunkin we have been to. It's almost comical. Out of the 3? or 4? times we have tried it...service is SO SLOW. Like it would be faster to drive to Madison, go to a Dunkin there, then drive back. Our order is never right. Once, I was able to tell because she tried to hand me a hot coffee instead of iced. And she definitely gave me an angry, "I know you're lying" look and tried to convince me it was correct until she turned around and saw my coffee there. Our food is also always wrong. Unfortunately, we are always in a rush from the slow service and heading to the interstate that we don't usually have time to go back and wait in their line forever for it to be corrected. Go there often and really should stop spending my money there. Had ice cream cones there twice in the past 2 weeks and both times the cones were stale. Very stale. You may be 290 miles away from my home, but you're the closest thing I have to a medium cinnamon coffee with cream and splenda. In any event, I love DD, period. I hear they sell donuts there, but I pretty much only go for the coffee! Not the coolatas or mochas or lattes, either. I just like the coffee. Their low-cal breakfast flatbreads are pretty good, too. Very accommodating staff. I had an offer to cash in using the mobile app and the two staffers behind the counter were happy to swap a plain coffee for a latte without an additional charge. A Dunkin' connected to a gas station where I can buy my favorite Wisconsin beer - New Glarus. It's two of my favorite beverages wrapped up in one store. I choose to indulge in my favorite $1 large iced coffee with caramel flavor and milk. Unfortunately they ran out of caramel flavor so I had to switch to vanilla. Not as good as caramel but still delicious I guess. While I was waiting for my drink, another worker was handing out samples of the coffee coolata with whip cream. The worst fast food service ever. It's convenient on my way to work to get coffee, and every time I go there, I regret it. It takes them 5 minutes just to take my order because they seem too busy (one car in line) I have often had to get out of line after 5 minutes of waiting because I simply don't have time for that. That's why I went to a drive through.. then once you finally order, it takes another 5-10 minutes waiting. When you get to the window, they ask you what you ordered, and it seem like they hate their job. I have never wrote a bad review anywhere before, but I thought this was bad enough to let others know. Stopped in for coffee and donuts one morning. The place was steady, but not too busy. Food wise - coffee was good as you would hope. Only one odd thing - I ordered a hot caramel latte and received an iced one. It was remade and corrected easily enough, just not sure how there was confusion. Donuts were good - the key lime square is fun. Customer service was ok. Aside from the correction, which went ok - the initial greeting was awkward. I was asked if I was helped yet by someone who wasn't ready to help, and didn't say much. It would have been better to say "Someone will we right with you" instead of leaving me guessing. Dunkin Donuts does it again - FAILURE. This location has quality control problems and a staff that can't get an order correct if you personally wrote it down, read it to them and had them read it back to you. I've spoken with the owner yet nothing changes and nothing will change until people simply stop patronizing him. On this, my last visit ever, I ordered an Extra Large Black Tea with skim milk and sugar. When I placed my order at the drive through, she REPEATED IT back to me correctly. When I arrived at the window, I paid and was handed a cup...like most people I took it and drove away. It wasn't until I jumped on the interstate that I realized I was handed a large coffee with cream. I verified on my receipt that I paid for and received someone else's order of a large coffee Now....please contact me if these two items do in fact look to be the same: - Extra Large Black Tea with Skim Milk and Sugar - Large Coffee with Cream KEEP IN MIND, SHE REPEATED THE CORRECT ORDER TO ME!! I waited 15 minutes for hash browns and chicken biscuits. There was 6 to 8 employees working. And we the only customers at 1130 in the morning. I am usually not a big fan of their coffee, but yesterday I went through the drive through, and got a french vanilla iced coffee with liquid sugar and cream- probably the best iced coffee i've had from there in a while. I decided to test my luck this morning and go again. I ordered the same exact thing and when I got it it was very discolored. I tried it and had to spit it out, I cannot stand the taste of pure coffee- even when I asked for french vanilla, liquid sugar, and cream. I was not happy. A young girl saw my reaction and she asked if everything was okay, I explained what I wanted and she remade it for me- and she was really nice about it as well. She remaid my coffee and still it was wrong but I felt bad for her because she was just trying to keep me satisfied and to make her do it again- I couldn't. I said it was fine and drove off. I believe that when she remade it she put the sugar free french vanilla in it- not the actual french vanilla flavoring. This place has gone severally down hill and it's really sad. If i'm paying almost three dollars for a medium iced coffee I expect it to be made the way I want it to be made. So frustrating! read more

Why do I always stop here? Gas. Then I think it is a good idea to stop and get coffee. Every. Single. Time. There is always something wrong. 1. The person at the counter is not familiar with the menu. They then have to find someone to ask multiple questions and the line grows. 2. I have been overcharged numerous times. (At least 3) When I catch it, they refuse to take care of it because I did not wait in line OR they have no knowledge of the menu. 3. The donut are not that fresh. 4. I do the surveys and a manager called me. When I called back they were unavailable, twice. What is the point of the surveys? 5. I ordered iced tea. I was not informed that it is unsweetened. This upset me because my previous visit my tea was automatically sweetened. I was in the drive thru and stuck with unsweetened iced tea. The next time I ask for sweet tea, all of the sugar sits at the bottom. Think about a grainy glob going through the straw. Ew. 6. I ordered iced coffee. Sometimes it is made properly, other times it is awful. Sometimes it is because the coffee tastes burnt. 7. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. It may have been called a mayo sandwich on a croissant. It was awful. I couldn't even eat it. There is just no winning with this location. I am a HUGE Dunkin Donuts fan. Obsessive almost. This is probably the worst location I have ever been to. read more
