If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was terrible. As a regular at Dunkin this one definitely made it to the top of the list for WORST service ever. The service is pretty solid when the black man isn't working, who is the manager apparently. He has a terrible attitude, horrible customer service and presents himself as if he doesn't want to be here. I order ahead of time so that it cuts down on wait time and the instructions are printed. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! No drive thru. 1150 07MAY2026- arrived. No one at counter. Would find out later three employees were there that day, but counter empty during the lunch rush. Customer 1 in front of me Called for someone to come to the counter. Nothing. Third customer arrives. 1st employee comes to counter. 1st customer has question about a speciality coffee drink. Employee 1 tells him he doesn't know. He could have asked the other two employees but didn't. E1, doesn't know the answer to yet another ingredient question. E2 comes out, doesn't know the answer to either question either. E1 then screws up C1's order three times on the register. Customer 2 (me) starts to think E1and E2 were outside the store getting high based on their behavior. C2 orders reg coffee, cream and one equal. E2 realizes there is no coffee brewed (at Dunkin Doughnuts in the middle of the lunch rush. Good planning) and starts a new brewing of coffee. E2 stars making C1's drink. E2 Makes the wrong size and screws up the ingredients. C3 was trying to place her order, but E1 walks away from her to help E2 remake C1's drink. E3 then informs C2 there was no coffee ready and more is being made. Employee three appears. Does nothing but stand behind the counter. Becomes obvious neither E1,2, or 3 prepared for lunch customers, checked coffee status. C1,2, and 3 are all standing at the counter waiting for their orders. None of the employees apologized to customers for these problems. 10-15 minutes have elapsed. I (C2) have to get back to work and I leave even though I paid for my coffee. I go to starbuck's drive-through in the next set of shops and get a coffee in under 2 minutes. My only regret is I can't give -4 stars. read more

It's amazing this shop stays open They do not have a drive thru and the staff has no concept that this a fast food type business and the service should be quick This staff works slower then molasses. Waited in line for 20 minutes and no movement as I watch 3 employees walking back and forth 1 was still working on the same customer as I walked in. 20 minutes later he's still on the same customer and nobody else has been service. As someone with a history in customer service, I have never been more appalled at the combativeness from this location's supervisor(Anthony). His own associates outclass and over qualify him by far! I work at Amazon air and after a long overnight shift went in to grab a coffee to stay awake on the drive home. With only one other customer in line and no one else in the shop besides me he took their order and started making it. --My problem was that he didn't give a simple "someone will be right with you sir" which allowed a woman to come in and take my place in line. I was seated and being a man I simply allowed the woman to go first. He acted as though I wasn't there and even when I told him how he could've handled it he didn't show one sign of empathy or remorse which baffled me and caused me to lose my cool. I tried to talk to him in a cooler tone, still condescending and combative. I even came in after my shift the next day to patronize the store and tell him what I'd been through. He chose instead to remain argumentative. I'm sure that if someone disagrees that he has an air impoliteness around him they are not a person of color. With every occasion between us having hardly any fast paced business I believe I am right to write this review seeing as I've only ever written negative or possible reviews when I have been extremely inspired to do so. But maybe Anthony can digest how he comes off better through reading than speaking. read more

This place is so terrible in the morning. It's so busy. And yes Dunkin shops are usually busy but this one is different . You wait in line forever then it takes forever to get whatever you ordered. OKSO. It all started when I asked for 2 chocolate glazed donuts. I was informed there was only one left and I said okay I'll just take a 1 vanilla glaze and 1 chocolate. Great service. I was surprise to see them with full staff at 5 something in the morning. The casher was always smile at you and said good morning to everyone. Staff at the register are very welcoming. They greet you with a smile once you walk up to the register and they repeat your order to ensure they rang everything up correctly. However on the complete opposite spectrum, the staff that make your order are about 90% of the time inconsistent and rude. I go there on a frequent (for the convenience of location) and can honestly say that I anticipate my order being wrong every single time. And when you correct the staff regarding your order, they reciprocate ill mannered attitudes towards you. I am confused with where the disconnect between the system by which I place my correct order is misinterpreted in the system by which the staff receive the order. I can clearly see on my receipt the order says cream cheese on the side but every single time they put cream cheese on the bagel itself which then makes me feel guilty that a whole bagel is thrown away. I should not have to feel guilty for their faulty order. If I ask for almond milk in my iced coffee, I don't expect to see my coffee to look black. I don't typically rate negatively however I feel like the frequency of these occurrences warrant the need to be publicly noticed. read more
