The speed of this place is horrible. The drive through is no less than 20 minutes. Inside waiting for a drink is 45m to an hour wait because everyone outside and online orders get theirs first. I waited about 30 minutes today in the drive through and got the wrong drink. I sure as hell ain't standing in there waiting for them to correct it. This is the worst Starbucks around. Unfortunately it's the closest and convenient. I'm sure my coffee order was wrong today because the kids were playing around and doing bruh this and bruh that and looking at the drive through guy like he's an idiot and spacing out. After waiting about five minutes for my coffee, light with cream and a cheese danish...one of the ladies asked if anyone was waiting for hot coffee? I said I was. After repeating my coffee order again, I also told her I was waiting on my danish also. She quickly made my coffee. It was spilling out because it was filled to the brim and dark. Incredibly slow service, long lines, trash overflowing, and poor customer service overall. Incorrect drinks were made, people served out of order, in-store customers ignored. My venti pistachio frappuccino ($6.63) had no pistachio flavor in it and barely any whipped cream. I get these all the time. I know how they're supposed to taste. My beverage sat on a ledge for a few minutes in the prep area for apparently another employee to hand it to me because the person who made it was too lazy to deliver to me (the only in-store customer waiting). She saw me waiting and then herself finally handed me the drink. The store is undergoing renovation starting February 10 so perhaps they'll do an overhaul of the staff as well. read more

Large store! A bit dark inside. They have a drive through and ample parking if you want to walk in. The store is large, so there is a lot of seating if you want to stay a while. The location is also on a very busy intersection, so it's very convenient if you live around here. read more

I usually come here to get work done since it's right by my house. Sadly, the counters and tables are usually dirty/sticky whenever I'm here and I don't blame the workers as much since it's also usually very busy. I blame the dirty customers the come by and spill and leave things and don't clean up after themselves. Didn't your mom teach your to at least clean your tables and throw your trash away? I always have to get napkins and clean a table myself. There are also some pretty annoying people that talk on their phone on speaker (why???). The bathrooms are also pretty dirty. Came here yesterday to work mobile. It was a great space to work and had plenty of seating options. I got there around noon and it was not very crowded. I prefer to work at a table but unfortunately the only table that was near an outlet was a handicapped table. Myself and another co-worker had to sit there to plug our computers in and said we would of course move. Wish they had more outlets through the room near the chairs and tables. Next time I will have to remember to come with a fully charged laptop. The noise level was great though. The poor reviews don't surprise me. I had to wait a few minutes for the counter person to show his face. He apologized and stated that he was conducting the nightly inventory. This location has really grown! Both in the quality of it's employees and updating of the interior. It's a really nice place to be now. All of the staff are extremely friendly especially the general manager! Good customer service can be a rarity at times, but it's very abundant here. They chronically forget to give me the croissant or egg bites or whatever I order other than a drink when I order at the counter inside. I stand there waiting and waiting. When I brought it up to the manager, I only got attitude about it. She said they were just very busy. Not an excuse. They were only average busy for today. It happens whether super busy or not. I would understand if it were a one off event. This is EVERY time. I live in the area and frequent this location. Perhaps a new workflow should be discussed. Lastly, the aggressive "Have a nice ,day ma'am" wasn't necessary. Don't tell me to have a nice day when you clearly don't mean it. Whoever owns this Starbucks should find a way to make the work environment better for these workers. They are clearly unhappy and it is damaging customer service. I really love my Starbucks. I have been going for years and even used to work at one. So I tried this Starbucks out hoping it would be just like any other one. However, every time I go, they cannot seem to make my drink right. It's just a frapp, typically coffee or matcha. Nothing complicated. By the taste is always off. I usually go through this drive thru on my way to work because I love Starbucks and it's the only location on my route.. So far, I've been often frustrated with the occasional bad customer service skills some of the employees have, and the 10+ minutes it usually takes to get through the drive thru with my beverage, but on this particular day I decided that I am done with this place. I ordered a grande Caramel ribbon crunch frappucino which I was actually still enjoying by the time I got to work, only to get to the bottom of my cup and discover that there was a badge clip in it! Ewww! And God only knows what kind of microorganisms hitched a ride on the badge clip before it ended up in my drink. I even played with the thought that maybe it fell in the cup, but the hole on the lid and the straw through it makes it look almost impossible for something that size to have just accidentally fallen in. It's getting a little harder to come here. Though the beverages are great and the customer service is great I have to block out 1/2 hour to get a coffee. I cam on a Friday evening At 5:30 and the drive through had no less than 8 cars in it so I decided to go in. Lordy? There were 2 people in front of me and it took 18 minutes to place my order and another 5 to get my beverage. There was 1 person tending to those os us inside and 3 people taking care of the drive through. In this day of popular coffee drinks I would think that they could step up the speed. This is a great starbucks. One of the best I have been to in a long time. First they always have people here, which is always a good sign at any establishment. The biggest draw to me though is the drive up window for coffee addicts who don't want to get out their cars. I love this feature since I can grab my arnold palmer and go to work. I've gotten a few free Frappicinos. A few years ago because there was a guy who worked there who had the hots for me.
