I'm sure the coffee is great BUT it's clear that the people working here have not been properly trained...which would make sense- This location JUST OPENED! My fiancé ordered a chai latte and he was served a regular COFFEE latte with a pump of chai syrup. I'd love to think this was an oversight, but unfortunately my iced lavender coffee latte also wasn't made correctly. Instead, a draft coffee with espresso and milk. I wouldn't have questioned it if the employee didn't ask me to try my coffee to make sure I like it first. A super nice and friendly employee- but it doesn't make up for the wasted money spent. We purchased a half dozen donuts and had all the hopes in the world for these cute sweet bites- average at best. Not sure we will be returning, *sigh*

As a result, the space becomes increasingly crowded throughout the day. I think the experience would be much better if the 2-hour sessions were scheduled without so much overlap. I also feel the age guidelines should be enforced more consistently. There was a child who appeared to be around 10 years old running around unsupervised while toddlers as young as 2 years old were playing. For a space geared toward younger children, that can create safety concerns and make it harder for little ones to enjoy the play area comfortably. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but a few changes to crowd management and age enforcement would greatly improve the experience.
