I used to really like this Starbucks. I want to still really like this Starbucks but it seems like every time I go there there is either a product or service failure. A great example would be just yesterday when I went in for my birthday drink. I know I should not complain about a free beverage, but after the thousands of dollars I have spent in this location alone, it isn't really free. After placing my mobile order, waiting outside in freezing rain, then waiting inside in the restricted, crowded line, I finally got my order. The powder they used in my beverage was not dissolved in the drink, and was coating the top of the beverage. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she giggled and shrugged. In the past, in this store, if this had happened they would have taken the beverage immediately and fixed it or made a new one. When I asked for something to stir it in with I was given something barely more substantial than a toothpic which did no good and when let go of, dropped into the beverage never to be seen again, but to annoy me every time I took a sip through the layer of powder that was still there. Thanks for the birthday drink. On my last trip I ordered the gruyere and bacon egg bits, but when I got to my destination and opened the bag I saw that it was some egg white and vegetable version that was soggy from the veggies in it. It was gross. When I called the store and told them their mistake, they said I would have to come back in for a replacement or, but when I contacted customer service, they were willing to give me a refund to my Starbucks card over the phone. Their approach to covid safety is counterproductive. Instead of letting us go in and get our mobile orders and leave, they make us wait in a narrow line with only room really for two people safely though they have it marked out for three, and don't enforce it when a family of five come in and stand on the same spot. The whole shop is empty and we could easily avoid any unnecessary close contact if we could just bypass the line and pick up our order from the bar with the assistance of the exact same cashier. Then there are the bathrooms which are inexplicably closed. It is like they got some vague guidance early on in the pandemic and instead of thinking through it, they just reacted badly. Not one other business in the area has closed their bathrooms to the public. This is not only bad policy and counterproductive to the health issues, it is lazy. Prior to covid this location was great. I understand and respect that things have to be different now, but that is no excuse for doing a bad job...and this Starbucks is doing a bad job. They are doing a bad job of responding to covid, they are doing a bad job of providing customer service, and they are doing a bad job of their basic function of supplying quality drinks and food. I hope they get it together before the new location in Vineland opens. It would suck to have to drive over to the next town to get Starbucks. read more

I like this Starbucks. I've been to quite a few and this one is pretty much like all the rest. Clean, comfy chairs, relaxing decor. They also have outdoor tables set up, which is sweeeeeeeet. Only complaint is the bathroom is frequently scurvy, but given the demographic in this town, that's not much of a surprise. Service does seem to be a tad slow at this Starbucks, but they make the coffee here the same way they do at every other Starbucks- strong. I don't care for Starbucks coffee straight up, but it's a good strong blend for froo-froo coffee with whipped cream and flavors, etc. I like their pastries... nummy scones when they have them. Other tasty treats. I like their cold healthy drink choices too. This is a nice place to hang, and I almost always bump into someone I know. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door. Set up the lap top, have a snack and a coffee and watch the world go by. read more

This is my regular starbucks closest to my house and I love the familiar faces here. But this one is the smallest starbucks compared to Sicklerville. I WISH IT WAS BIGGER! They're great at drinks and they're crazy busy all the time, that's why they need more space. read more

Sad to say when I went to the Starbucks my food has not been made right several times also I paid for a Venti iced coffee which is about 550 and they didn't even fill it all the way to the top. At least when you go somewhere else they fill your coffee to the top. Sad to say this is probably my third bad experience at this location. In Vineland New Jersey. Terrible customer service. Waited 22 minutes for a coffee. Coffee, cream, Carmel drizzle... 22 minutes. After the first 18 minutes I was finally asked what it was that I had ordered because my order was missed resulting them to skip over me. It then took 4 minutes to make my coffee. I never write negative reviews but this being the second time I've waited over 20 minutes for a simple coffee I'm confident this branch lost my business and the business of friends and family. Starbucks now has their holiday menu up and is available to order .... except the coffee my fiancé asked for (the Christmas blend) was not yet available. So there is some false advertising as well. Save your $5-$8 on a cup of joe and avoid this branch unless you're into waiting and being disappointed. read more

It was an all-around excellent experience as far as a Starbucks goes. The service was absolutely impeccable. Extremely friendly and very open. Very personal as well. I can't say I can always get that at every Starbucks I go to. This was only my third or fourth time in this one location and they really did a great job. The drink I ordered was a green tea latte with some specifications and they nailed it spot-on. The place was really clean & very crowded but everyone was respectful and friendly. The staff isn't very friendly here, they're also not very fast. The space itself isn't bad, but it's on the smaller side. I can never understood when they run out of coconut milk at 9:30 in the morning. Whoever does the purchasing obviously isn't paying attention. Also not a fan of the barista making 6 orders for the people behind you who ordered after you. When I inquired about my drink I was told it's coming up. The barista then proceeded to make my drink entirely too hot... Most likely on purpose. I drink Starbucks every day and very familiar with correct temperatures, they failed miserably on that point. read more

I have been here a few times. I am not a huge coffee drinker. I go to buy bagged, whole bean coffee for home. I went in tonight and the person who rang me up did not say hello, did not tell me what my total was, and handed me my receipt, turned her back, and walked away from the counter. I like a specific type of whole bean coffee they have and I am from this area. I might not return due to this. When I am paying $13 for something that is just a breakfast drink and will be gone in a week, I don't want to be treated rudely. I will give it one more try but if I experience similar treatment I will get a different coffee, someplace else. I have no patience anymore for apathetic, or rude service. read more

I am not a Starbucks kind of a guy. I can't even call myself a coffee drinker. Yet, I have occasion to go to Starbucks once in a long while for gifts, something for Gert, or something else. Of the few stores I have been in, this one seems to work fairly well. I never seem to wait and the folks are helpful. This last time I was sent to purchase coffee for a gift. When asked a clarifying question that I did not know the answer to, the help was friendly enough and helped steer me to the correct choice. It's conveniently located at the mall. That's good, but mall security is such that their rent-a-cops hassle folks who take photographs of the store. read more

I placed a mobile order for one drink at 1:47pm. I walked into Starbucks at 1:51 and waited and waited. Everyone that was there with me got their drinks and had left, and now there were more people coming in with mobile orders and getting their drinks. At 2:05 I asked Julia if my drink was ready yet and she said she was just starting it. She proceeded to make three other drinks in the meantime and gave them to customers that literally just walked in the door. My drink was finally ready at 2:11. This is completely unacceptable. On a prior visit, when I walked in and went to the mobile pickup counter, Julia asked if I had a mobile order and I said yes. She then ordered me very rudely to wait in the order line with 9 people ahead of me. Then, as I was in the long line waiting to give my name to pick up my mobile order...others walked in and said they had a mobile order and she gave it to them! They were not ordered to the line! Why order from the app if you have to wait in the order line anyway?!?! And Julia was very rude. Not very Starbucks-like at all. Very disappointed with this location. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to in a long time. This evening we walked into an empty store with very poor service. There was a dish tub sitting in front of their front door (yes, they were open). Three employees were congregated at the back of the store. The bakery case had only 2-3 items in it. They did not bother to thank us. In fact, it appeared more important to them to return to their conversation than care for customers. I have mentioned this in the past - even had a conversation with their district manager. The service and cleanliness is the worst of any Starbucks that I have visited. This is one if my favorite Starbucks. I've always been able to find an open table to sit quietly on my laptop or read the local newspapers they provide. Have met people here for quick meetings because it's so easy to get to off Rt 55. On warm days you can enjoy the outdoor cafe tables and people watch. Ranking in after the Starbucks in the Deptford Mall, this is my second Starbucks home. The manager is super friendly, and anyone can tell how much she loves her store. The baristas are very personable and always offer fast service and a smile. The layout is clean and welcoming. The outlets are plentiful, and each and every time I go, it is not difficult to find a quiet place to read, work on your laptop, or simply sit and watch the world go by. On a nice day, you can take advantage of the outside seating. In the spring or summer, when there's a nice breeze outside and I have my tall caramel frappuccino in hand, I know I always do. read more

Went here for coffee with my daughter last night. I ordered the cafe americano , which tasted OK. Other reviews are right, it depends on the barista. It tasted watered down . My daughter got the smores frappaccino which was pretty good, but started to taste nasty after awhile. The reason for four stars is I also got the lemon loaf which was the best I ever had! I honestly love starbucks and all there drinks, but the type of customer service I received was plain rude and ignorant. I went to go ask for a refill. I don't appreciate the workers in the back laugh or talk about me when I am waiting at the front. Most days I try to spark conversations with the front counter people and they just don't seem to care much about the customer other than one guy . Don't expect to receive much respect or consideration from the people at this starbucks, and honestly they shouldn't even have been acting like that when the place was basically half empty.
