Service is always great, friendly and prep time is amazing! Early morning orders are always handed of with a smile.

Extremely Doughy with hardly any filling! The glazed donut, extremely doughy as well! The krueller tasted STALE! They put too much sugar in coffee! First and LAST time we'll go to THIS Dunkin Donuts shop, possibly ANY Dunkin Donuts shop if this is how low the company has sunk! No matter what time of day we come to this DD the coffee is always piping hot and correctly made. Drive thru moves fast and employees are always nice. I think this is the only coffee shop on this planet that is consistent LOL!!! read more

Appearances can be deceiving. So, when you look at a Dunkin' Donuts built onto an abandon gas station which looks like it could be a hot bed of crime in the latest installment of Grand Theft Auto, you think this cannot be good. Then you try to not be a negative Nancy and think appearances are only skin deep. You proceed on in. Let's face it you're a caffeine addict. This is the crack den you have to walk into to get your fix because you don't want to walk into the mall across the street or drive to the Starbucks clear across town. Now you are in. You made it through all the rusted over crime scene taped gas pumps outside and didn't trip over any over grown cracks in the side walk. You are in the home stretch at the counter. You order and realize no one on the other side has a clue. They are working the front, the drive-thru, and making drinks while simultaneously screwing up your coffee order. No one is being rude or unfriendly. It seems to be more of a training issue. But none the less, there seems to always be some type of communication breakdown. This occurs frequently with both those I'm having coffee with and myself. They just never get it right. The brewed coffee quality is decent for the area and options you have. Their lattes, mochas, and so on are often caked in sugar which generally settles in a thick crust at the bottom of the cup. But what do you do I guess. I have never been a fan of any Dunkin' Donuts' doughnut. What I can tell you is, when I happen to actually have one of their doughnuts, you can tell it's been sitting there for an absurd amount of time. There is a drive-thru. The service inside translates to the service outside. The people working the drive-thru, who are more than likely helping work the counter, are as nice as can be but have no clue what's going on or how to make your coffee. Once you get whatever they think you wanted to drink, you have to drive around the building in what is the equivalent to a dark alley. I can say the people are nice and friendly. Dunkin' - the front of a dunkin donuts store - Donuts Near Me - Morristown, Tennessee

This place has gotten extremely nasty. Water/coffee/milk all over the floor. Appears to be a regular leak. Man opened a cabinet to try to sop up some water and probably 50 gnats flew out all over the place. The service was extremely slow. Ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes. Total of 35 minutes to fix an order for 2 people. Then, they left out parts and I had to go back in. Will never be back with how nasty this place is. read more

My husband and I stopped in the other night to pick up a dozen donuts and found just a few sitting on trays. Nothing else, no muffins, bagels etc. This has happened before at this location. If they want business they need to keep it stocked! read more

I am a HUGE fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee, but the service at this location is beyond ridiculous. Sunday morning and only one employee is working the entire store, so the wait for a cup of coffee was 20 minutes--a straight-up cup of coffee without any fancy brewing or additions. One time, and I can write it off. This, however, happens consistently at this location, and that can only be chalked up to poor management. If your time is valuable, brew your coffee at home. read more

Went there one night to get a pumpkin latte. I drive a lifted truck and enjoy pumpkin spice lattes, sue me. So when I pull up to order the young kid behind the counter goes "welcome to Dunkin, would you like to try our pumpkin!!" While holding both arms out like he was doing a touchdown dance. I immediately start laughing because I was completely caught off guard and could barely order from laughing so much. Random worker, you made my night and I'm glad to see you are not miserable at work like most people but rather having fun. Whoever this was deserves a raise. The latte was good as well. Today, 2-28-2020 I visited. I was highly disappointed to see the manager was back. I have had great service times the last few days. My husband places on the go orders almost daily and I have had to wait 20 minutes or longer on his coffee. That's all he orders. Large hot cream and vanilla and it's never ready. The last few days no wait, came back today and he's here doing the coffees and food. I waited 12 minutes so he could finish his wrap and then tend to the coffee. A wrap? There's one girl that works at this location that ruins the drinks everytime. The other people make great drinks. Someone really needs to teach Lexi how to make a proper iced coffee or latte. Also, they don't make donuts at this location and are out of donuts. (Not that dunkin has decent donuts) This location runs out of large cups, lids and various syrups weekly. I would advise to hit another location until this place gets fixed. read more

The service was okay, they are extremely understaffed for large rushes. The manager was trying her best to get everyone served and on their way. The help she had was limited to their abilities and she was trying to pick up the slack. I honestly felt bad for ordering there while she was having issues. I went there yesterday and they weren't that busy. I feel they should better prepare for busier days and have people on call to come in when things get like they were. As a Dunkin fan and former employer I am highly not satisfied with the way I was treated working for the current manager "Jim" He opens the store late and customers knew about it. He wouldn't order enough items for our stock each week and then try to blame everything wrong in the store on his employees. He would leave HOURS at a time to make a maybe 45 minute trip to get milk, cream, almond milk, or any other items employees needed before running out. He tried to ask drive thru multiple times to stay in one spot making the drinks, cashing guest out, and taking orders when we would try to help each other out getting things done but we were mainly waiting on the food HE would be cooking. He would literally drive to GATLINBURG to get supplies when there is another Dunkin in Greeneville. It got to the point that our guest would complain to me at times about HIS actions and never about our other employees. Sue me for being the cat out of the bag. But something has got to give when he would leave so much and not give someone a lunch break with them working 11 plus hour due to him not being there and under staffed. All the blame comes back on his employees and he's getting away with WAYYY to much. He needs to be let go asap. read more

What is the deal with Dunkin Donuts in Morristown? One morning I stop and they have the front door locked forcing everyone to go to the drive up window. Then I find out they are basically out of most of the varieties of doughnuts. So I decide to try again today. At 9:30 they had no bagels, a few varieties of doughnuts, and one breakfast wrap. This place is a joke. If the people from dunkin donuts in Boston came down here they would be shocked. You never can get the right food or drinks. I'm actually curious how many munchkin varieties there are. I can order a 25 or 50 count of munchkins - tell them I wanted ASSORTED. Unfortunately I'm discovering they don't know what assorted means. I usually have 4 or 5 varieties and that's it. It looks like they pick them up by the handfuls and drop them in the box instead of taking a little of this and a little of that. One each would be nice if they have that many varieties - they don't know what assorted is or are just in a big a ss hurry. Obviously, they are always the powdered, no filling, or some chocolate donut that tastes like it dried out 3 days ago. I'll do better at Ingles or Food City bakeries. Done with DD read more

I always go here because I need my coffee but they are so lucky their the only dunkin in town. I went today and waited in like for 35 MINUTES FOR ONE COFFEE!!! And even when i get to the window the staff is slow, laughing and just slouching around even when it seemed to be enough staff that would of make my coffee come quicker........the staff here is so rude and childish. Myself and my husband are owners of a store so we pay attention to how people act and treat customers every where we go. All the good employees that they did have are gone and its sad. Nothing but children working here that complain every time you order something. Seems like the woman are hyper ventilating when making orders. It is just sad. I think the owners really need to buckle down and get this place under control because it is out of control. I have had people come to my store accually telling me about the service at dunkin and how they will never be back.... No donuts, cold coffee, sandwiches are always nasty, and so on. Mabey if you guys hired PEOPLE to work and stop hiring the children you will succeed. but it is sad to say everyone in Morristown, TN knows how business is here.
