I went today because I wanted to get a dunkinlatte and hashbrowns. The service was okay but I got my order wrong because she gave me a Carmel latte instead, I wasn't going to trip out but I literally ordered what I always get and I understand if people miss hear but I also forgot to order my hashbrown as-well but when I did, a guy in the back looked done with me and gave me an ugly look. I was like, well wtf did I do to him bro?? I questioned myself because I was trying to be nice but then I guess the girl who was on drive thru tried to apologize and I understood, but the way I opened the bag and saw how they threw crumbled napkins in there had me feel very disrespected. i was at this location this morning picking up an order and not only were the workers extremely rude, my order took over 30 minutes while others who came after me were being helped first, and i saw many health code violations such as rats and obvious rat droppings, seeming fungus or some other kind of wetness induced green splotches on the wall, and urine stinking up the women's bathrooms. this place should be shut down immediately. read more

Placed an order online when my husband stoped at Murphys down the street. It was ready within 6 minutes. We did not get all the donuts we wanted. But overall the service was good. But do not go into the drive through if you are in a big truck! Sharp turns can make you scrape your wheels. Park across the street or the back of Dunkin. read more

Ordered a hot latte and it was the temperature of baby bath water. When I asked if she could make it hotter she said the machine would not make it hotter. I asked for a refund and she told me it would be a moment then proceeded to wait on other people before sending another employee to refund my money. If y'all can't find anyone to work, it's your own fault. I applied for a position, received a text to schedule a time for an interview but every time I clicked the link provided in the text no times were ever available. The number provided in the text to text someone with any questions never responded when I texted to note the issues I continued to have being unable to schedule an interview. I then receive an email from the company to remind me to schedule an interview and no times are ever available to schedule an interview. I respond to this email explaining the issue I'm having. Still no response. I call, no answer, leave a voicemail leaving my name and number, no response. I've found a job elsewhere that I'm enjoying and turns out a coworker tried to interview with y'all as well but the manager wasn't there at the time of the interview, they asked if she knew she was coming, and that the job she's applied for is filled and if she wanted a different position. Just an overall mess from what I can tell. I did everything right in my attempt to follow up and reach someone so I hope y'all aren't complaining about staffing problems cause y'all have to try and ignore willing applicants! Oh and then let me tell you a personal story since now I feel like it relates. Back in June my mom ordered an ice cream cake online and when I went to pick it up it never got made, no one could reach the cake decorator or the manager (no surprise there now!). The employees were super kind and did the best in the situation, we ultimately got refunded and bought a cake at walmart. Back in June I didn't want to sound like a karen and complain since the cake wasn't for anything serious or important, but looking back it definitely screams that y'all got bigger issues going on. This place was rocking when it opened, but it has crashed and burned recently. Seems like the staff is always new and they have screwed up my last three orders. A simple breakfast wrap which was great before, now seems too much for them to handle. They burned or undercooked the last 3 wraps. I tried calling to speak to someone, but they didn't answer the phone, after several attempts. And the voice-mail cut me off early. They weren't busy, either. No one was at the restaurant when I went through. So I have no recourse but to let the public know to avoid this place. read more

I had ordered a large Extra Charged Iced Coffee. Instead I got a hot, which is okay. I was running late so I didn't want to waste any more time. But to find coffee grounds in the coffee was just too disappointing. Dunkin has messed up my last 3 orders there. I will just have to start going back to Starbucks. read more

I'm not sure where I can't start with this place. Dunkin' is our jam. We're a military family, dunkin' is all over military installations and we live them. Except this place.... We drove up for the drive-thru. Super slow Saturday just before noon. We see a white female and black female with headsets on both coming out of the dumpster area on a smoke break. Great. They go back in and we can place our order. We order: 2 bacon egg cheese wraps (because it's on special), 1 egg and cheese bagel (they only have multigrain and raisin cinnamon so we go with multigrain, 1 maple glazed donut, 1 glazed donut. We have to repeat our order about 3 times before it's correct. "Pull to the window the total." We pull up to the window, pay $8 and change and get handed a bag, told to pull around to wait for our sandwiches. In bag #1 is a maple glazed donut and a chocolate glazed. We check the receipt and everything is correct for our orders so no mistake on them getting the information. Gal brings us bag #2 from inside. There are two wraps with egg white and cheese only (no bacon). We can live with that. We tell the gal we need our glazed donut and bagel sandwich. She huffs as she goes back inside to retrieve the correct items. She comes out with two more bags (#3 and #4). A glazed donut and an egg white and cheese plain bagel. (Didn't ask for egg white, wanted multigrain bagel). At this point we have 4 bags and not the correct orders with 20 minutes wasted. This place HAS to work on customer service and get a strong leader. It is CLEAR from my review and others that employee training is severely lacking. I've stopped to get coffee here a handle of times and it's never correct either. Their donuts are dry and cold. Dunkin' is a big name for military families and you're really ruining it for us. We'll probably just stick to the local donut joints. read more

I ordered breakfast for myself and my coworkers. The wait was long in the drive thru. I ordered 2 dozen doughnuts, 5 kolaches(pictured here) and 2 coffees. I was told that my total would be given at the window. I drive around to yet another 10 minute long wait with only 1 car in front of me. I was patient, thinking that maybe they have a big order as well. The only thing I saw handed out of the window was a small coffee and a small bag big enough for one sandwich or doughnut. I drive up to the window and I see a total of $24 and some change underneath the window. A woman comes to the window and takes my card, runs it and hands it back. I was charged $37. I asked her why did the total change and she said what total? Seriously? The one that was here. I pointed to the total underneath the window. She said, that must've been the previous car's total. Ok fine. Another 10 minutes pass, still no food. I'm thinking ok I will be patient because maybe they are cooking the kolaches. Window opens, I'm handed my food and I drive off in a hurry because now I'm late for work. I kept smelling a burnt smell in the car but ignored it. When I got to work, I open the boxes to find burnt kolaches! Imagine my disappointment! I call back to speak to the manager and she said the ovens sometimes do that with big orders. 5?! Your ovens can't handle cooking 5 kolaches at a time without burning them? What a poor excuse. I asked for a refund, she said she would honor it if I brought them back. I took my lunch break to bring them all the way back to the store and was offered nothing but an apology for my inconvenience. I even purchased a $3 ice cream cone while I waited for my refund to process and they didn't even have the decency to offer it on the house. This location cares nothing about their customers or the quality of the food. I would not have served this to my dogs. How dare they pack this in a box and deem this acceptable to give to paying customers. If you look closely, there are missing pieces of the bread as if they tried to peel off some of the burned areas. And the inside was gummy. I'm not impressed DD and my coworkers were definitely influenced as well. So you not only lost 1 customer, but all of my coworkers and all of the people they will tell. Word of mouth is powerful so my suggestion to you is to treat every customer as as a marketing tool. Thank you for ruining our Friday breakfast that we so look forward to. read more

Not worth it. I normally enjoy Dunkin Donuts but this falls short of expectations. Drive through service was frustrating. First, she kept taking long pauses and I had to ask...did you get that. After repeating again she just said 'drive around' I waited at the window. Someone came and asked if my coffee had 1 or 2 sweet n low. I said 'just one and cream.' and then said 'is this a problem' (because I now have given my coffee order 3 times...4 if you include that i originally wanted cold brew the same way but was informed they were out of cold brew.' Then I Waited. Girl came to the window and put her hand out...I said, 'you haven't given me a total yet.' I see her eyes glance down and that's when I notice a small red digital bar under the window with the amount. I hand her the money and she hands me a bag. No words were said and the window shut. I wait. Finally the window opens and a hand reaches out with my coffee. That was it. I take it and drive away. Now, I go to eat the egg and cheese sandwich and the muffin, somewhat near the center were still almost frozen. Egg was room temp. Coffee - you guessed it...black. No cream, no sweetener. I now know why there was a long drivethru wait at Starbucks and no line at Dunkin. I'll go to Starbucks next time. read more

THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES!!! Its a Friday morning when we pull up to order our coffees and once again they mess up my order by giving me a small instead of a medium. I simply ask for the correct size and an iced water. The manager hands me an iced water and asks if there's anything else and before I can say I was still missing my actual coffee he slams the drive thru doors in my face. The woman coming to bring me my coffee cannot get the doors open because of the manager. Once I get my food and drinks I say thank you and again they slam the doors and ignore me. Whoever is managing this business is doing an awful job and seriously needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Over the course of 6 months it has gotten worse and worse. Every time I go there at roughly the same time, there is always somebody else working there. They cannot keep their employees likely due to the extremely poor management. All I really order is a large hot coffee. You would think that would be an easy order to remember, give me a price and make within the time i arrive to the window. Instead, I'm being asked to repeat my order, given a different drink and have to repeat the whole process over again. In the last 4 times i've been there one employee gave me an iced coffee. The 2nd time i went there the person taking my order told me to wait one sec and look over the menu. About 7 minutes later he came back on and had me repeat the order several times "1 large hot coffee" only to turn the corner and see 2 cars waiting. 3rd time i went there the wait was so bad he gave me the coffee for free. Today, was especially great which is why i'm writing the review. He first asked me to repeat my order twice. When i got to the window he asked what was it i ordered, i repeat myself "1 large hot coffee with vanilla creamer" he turns to his employee "he wants a medium coffee with vanila - oh sorry sir we're out of vanilla" i said caramel is fine. He asks, "hot right?" yes. Then the lady at the register tries to had me a cold iced coffee! I just don't understand how a business can be so terrible. This is by far the worst establishment in Nacogdoches. I have been there 3 times and have a ridiculously terrible experience each time. The first time, they were out of DONUTS. The second time they were out of donut holes. And the third time, they were out of espresso! Why call yourself Dunkin Donuts if you never have donuts or anything to dunk them in! Oh and the whole design of the place is crap. For each time I've been there, I wait 5 minutes just to get to the speaker to be told they dont have what I want. But can I then exit and go on with my day? NO. YOURE STUCK THERE WAITING IN LINE UNTIL EVERYONE ELSE IN FRONT OF YOU GETS THEIR FOOD. HOPE YOUR TIMES NOT VALUABLE BECAUSE DUNKIN DONUTS SURE DOESN'T GIVE A FLYING FLIP. Literally the worst place in Nacogdoches, if not the ENTIRE WORLD. But in all seriousness, this place sucks. I always come here with my friends to hang out and drink coffee. Today, we had both just woke up from a nap so decided to go through the drive thru, which we have done before. We asked for two separate orders and the man said, "sorry, I can't do that." We were confused but accepted it. When we got to the window, we realized he was trying to flirt instead of doing his job. He was so sarcastic, that he lost the second order. He quickly realized we were serious and said, "what was the second order?" My friend replied, "no thank you, well just go to Starbucks." And so we did. Young man, if you are reading this, TAKE YOUR JOB SERIOUSLY AND STOP FLIRTING THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. My wife and I went through the drive thru and expected a quick trip, but were met with a 15 minute wait along with 4 other people in their cars waiting for their orders. I ended up going inside and asking about the order we had placed, and the order wasn't made yet. Another customer came in after me who had been waiting, and handed the employee his order back and it was all wrong. There were only 3 people inside the restaurant who had incorrect orders and were waiting for their hot chocolate. Definitely will not be coming back. This restaurant has been under new management and they are getting so much better. I know they had a long way to go but I love my dunkin Donuts...... My ice sweet tea drink had a bug on it and thank goodness I checked. Ruben a worker who works there was so rude to me and would not give me back my money for the drinks that were bought...... idk what the bug was but it could have been a parasite.
