Stopped by this Dunkin' and had a genuinely pleasant experience from the moment we pulled up. There's plenty of parking and a convenient drive-through, and inside the lobby is clean, bright, and welcoming. The seating area is surprisingly spacious too, with plenty of tables if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee or a doughnut instead of rushing out the door. Service was a strong point here; everyone was quick, courteous, and ready to answer questions without making you feel like you're in the way. The doughnut selection looked solid, the breakfast sandwiches were available slightly warmed (a nice touch), and there's even a small merchandise area for coffee grounds and travel cups. I also liked the separate pickup area stocked with straws, napkins, and the usual cream-and-sugar essentials. Everything was easy to find and didn't feel cluttered. I grabbed a Boston cream doughnut, a double shot of espresso, and a chocolate caramel cappuccino. The Boston cream doughnut was exactly what you hope for: soft and fresh with a light, fluffy interior. The chocolate topping had a smooth, classic sweetness without tasting waxy, and the cream filling was rich and custardy, sweet but not over-the-top. It felt balanced and satisfying, not messy or heavy. The double shot of espresso was a solid, straightforward pick-me-up. It had that bold, roasted bite up front, with a smooth finish that didn't lean too bitter or burnt. It wasn't watery, and it delivered the kind of clean, concentrated coffee punch you want when you're going for something simple and strong. The chocolate caramel cappuccino was the treat drink of the lineup. It was warm, comforting, and nicely layered, with chocolate giving it a deeper sweetness and the caramel adding a mellow, buttery note. The coffee still came through, so it didn't taste like straight syrup, and the foam gave it that classic cappuccino feel. On top of all that, you could tell the tables had been recently wiped down, the background music was light, and there weren't any overpowering aromas. I will not be giving this location anymore of my money. I come here every single day that I work for a hot latte with caramel that recently has been given to me multiple time with very little to no espresso. I have had it remade a few times correctly and expressed my disappointment in person very politely. Today for maybe the 10th time in a few months It happened again. I am very disappointed but I guess this location does not value my business. If that is the case I will give it to someone else. I feel bad because they are very nice here but I do not have the time to have it remade so often. read more

I am so fed up with the Dunkin donuts in Northfield.i love the Smoking Bacon bites. One time you get a decent order,the next what looks like one piece crumbled into tiny pieces. Today I don't feel well,but wanted something to eat. I specifically said I don't want them if they sat out all day. Please make me two fresh orders. 5 stars for cappuccino specifically. Usually I'd go to Drip N Scoop to get a mini real cappuccino, but one from Dunkin' with cream and sugar? Delicious. Thank you Dunkin' Donuts. 3/10 times it's made "incorrectly", but they are OK with you asking them to remake it. And it's always better. (Sometimes they are just in a rush-task-mode And make it too quickly but I get it. They serve a whole line of cars and it can get messy. I've been there.) But DO IT. Get a medium hot cappuccino with cream and sugar. And ask for extra milk foam. read more

So, the manager/owner of this place went above and beyond for me at this Dunkin' Donuts. I got a sandwich that was still cold in the middle from the DK in pleasantville on route 9 and Delilah road. While heading home, I asked this Dunkin' Donuts if they could simply heat my sandwich up since I was too far to go back to the original place I ordered it from. I explained it to the owner and he asked, " What did you order?" I told him what I ordered and he took it upon himself to fix this situation. He made me a new sandwich at no cost to me and when I got there he brought it out to my car. I thought this was the most commendable thing any business has ever done for me. Thank you very much for helping me out and the stellar job you're doing for Dunkin' Donuts customers. Now please, tell your employees to not be afraid to give us sugar and you'll be my favorite Dunkin' Donuts. read more

Drove through at 9 am and asked for a dozen bagels. The owner came to the window and with anger told me he couldnt give me all his bagels and i had to call the night before I went in today and the donut was stale. If I could give it a 0 I would!! This place is awful, I always try to give it another chance but every single time I end up throwing my coffee and food out. Quick story. (Drive-thru)Idk what the workers do there but the total cost of my order came to $7.20 we gave the cashier $10.00 and she gave us back $.80. So when we asked her about it she rolled her eyes closed the window and continued whatever she was doing a minute later she goes into the tip jar and gives us the other two dollars. Very rude, and won't be back. Debating if I should call and tell the manager that they're stealing over there cause they probably do that to most customers thinking that they won't say anything. read more

This looked like a newly built stand alone Dunkin Donuts. The parking lot is big so there is plenty of room for parking. The interior was clean and the employees were nice and quick. The dark roast black coffee was made well, not bitter or burnt. The donuts were fresh and had all the varieties. I liked how the employee properly picked up the donuts using the paper and did not expose let her fingers touch the donuts. Some places' employees still get their fingers on the donuts while using the paper. This location participates in the DD perks program. read more

I have been through the drive-in window here many many times but recently it has been a very bad experience. Today in particular when the man at the window handed me my order HIS HANDS WERE FILTHY!!!!! No cup protector on my latte cup. No napkin. I'm not even going to drink it in case he touched the open hole in the lid. Never again. I'm going to have to find another coffee venue. Ugh. read more
