So I go in to get some donuts. Wait a min the girl running Drive thru says hello if any other donuts you need we have some in back. I thank her and waited. Then finally one of the other girls asked did she get your order, I replied no. I'd like 7 donuts. Gave her the order asked if they old fashion with chocolate and she said no the drive thru girl popped out and said we have them in back. Girl grabbed old fashion and put chocolate on it reluctantly. Finished order rang me up and said $15.97 WOW I asked how much is a dozen she replied $16.... Ohh maybe suggest that when someone orders donuts that are less than a dollar away from total cost ...hell as close as $5 dollars. Thanks for the customer service from Drive thru worker. No surprise here, another Dunkin with employees who don't know what the heck they're doing. 9:30am 12/23/23 the lady at the counter told me that the girl who makes the donuts made a mistake and instead of making jelly donuts she put vanilla inside them donuts and she said if I comeback the next day they should have some jelly. Not much to say except the service is great, the food is made fresh when you order it and the coffee and donuts are always good.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I've been to this location five times ordering the same drink, but never getting the same consistency!!!! I also fine the customer service to be a hit or miss. During one of my experiences I tipped the male redhead at the window.. he accepted my tip and never once said thank you. (Rude!!) Making you never want to tip there again ruining it for everyone!! I have NEVER ordered Munchkins that were NOT glazed. They are usually my favorite. Today was my first visit to this new store in Paris. I had to use the Drive-thru. By the time I opened my box, I was almost home and couldn't believe I had STICKY cake balls WITHOUT any glaze. I paid $7.02 for this box with tax. I visit this location multiple times a week and every single time I place an order I always get attitude from the staff. The Store "manager" doesn't even. Act like a Manager. You Would think that they would get on their staff about how to treat customers. Coming from someone who used to work for the company, this is unacceptable! Drink orders are NEVER made right at all! If you ask me, the whole store needs to be fired and new people brought in who actually care about customers and not just a check! Now don't get me wrong, there are maybe 3 or 4 employees who have nothing but respect for customers and always go above and Beyond. However, the amount of rude and lazy employee, out weighs the good at this location! THE ONLY reason I still visit is for my son who loves his donut. OTHERWISE I would NEVER visit again!!!!
